Making a Slender man flash game
Though there's not much to post yet, some interest/support would be nice...
I was wanting to make a game about the slender man ever since I read about the mythos a while ago, and after getting a reply for my last post (asking if it would be okay to do so); I've decided that I'll be starting it very soon...

This is a test I just did...
The game itself won't be a shooter, but I'm going to be using a modified version of a flash FPS engine I coded a while ago called the "GFPS engine" (Generic first person shooter engine)... It will be modified to create more of a first person adventure game engine...
A game that uses the old engine I coded can be found HERE (the complex).
The engine will be modified to allow 3d models to be included in the maps, like trees, tables and so on... The game will play out like a first person adventure game/visual novel....
The screenshot here isn't a representation of the style in the final game... It will probably be darker, there won't be any guns or health displayed (not even sure if you'll be able to die) and there will be more of a focus on interaction and enviroment...
Well, I guess this is enough blabbering for now, I'll be updating on my blog as I continue working on the project. My blog can be found HERE.

Hey, not sure if you saw the other topic of yours I posted in. They're similar topics of which both are posted by you, so we merged the previous one that was like this with the other one. Figured I'd let you know in case you thought the forum ate it.

Re: Making a Slender man flash game
I just sent a message to the admins to see if they could delete the first post I started... hoping it's not too much of a hassle...
Ideas and suggestions could be really useful... feedback when there's something to playtest or a story synopsis to read... And feedback is always good... I'm hoping to get working on a demo soon... I have guests over tonight so it's a bit hard to entertain and code.... But any suggestions will be taken down and noted.
