It's been followed on unfiction for a while, and was pretty well received. Our protagonist not only suffers from an unseen stalker and our favourite Slender Gentleman, but has also been mute for two years.
I wonder if that's just a cool way of getting out of doing lines.
As soon as I heard that part, I knew it was going to be a plot device.
Anyways, I have really mixed feelings about this series.
On the one hand, I want to see them succeed because this is a series done by a bunch of high school students with probably next-to-no budget. The fact that they've made it this far is commendable. But certain parts of the plot don't seem too well thought-out to me. Like, if the sister that Abbey lives with has been gone for six months, who's been paying the bills? been paying for groceries? It doesn't appear that Abbey has a job so money's gotta be coming out of somewhere.
Not to mention, who's paying the psychologist? I really doubt he would take the case for free. And once again, I realize they most likely can't afford to film at certain locations, leading to them having to improvise, but any male doctor who brings a female patient to live in his house to be treated is just asking to be written up for misconduct. At least. Also if the doctor's the one doing the filming, how/why is Abbey getting ahold of the film and uploading it to her channel?
And in any case I'm a little jarred by the shift from "shit is going south but my friends are going to help me and we'll get through this" to "SUDDENLY, CRAZY". I understand the need to keep things interesting and different but it seems a little disjointed to me at the moment.
I mean, if I'm being too critical here, feel free to write off my opinions. They are, after all, only that. I'm not writing off this series yet, I'm going to keep watching, but as it stands I'm not entirely impressed yet either.

WOW they've been busy lately :O
I'm considering emailing the guy and seeing if I can get any kind of info about what's been going on, or more details on Abbey's disappearance. Not sure if it would really be useful, considering I haven't seen Abbey :/

Do they really think it´s good for 2 men to constantly beat up a helpless girl for not doing what they want after they kidnapped her and even making fun of it? They must be really proud of themselfs....( i know it´s just an arg, but is this really nessesary to develope the story?)
