I just found this series (someone mentioned it in a comment on the newest EMH video). Is it any good?

The comments seem to imply that I'm missing something in the first two vids. Is there something in the background that I'm not seeing, or what?

There isn't anything hidden in the first two videos. There is stuff in there that will be relevant later, but not just yet.

yay i´m excited^^

Enjoying this series a lot! I like how the videos are doing very little to draw attention to His influence, and focusing more on the effects and tension between characters that result out of those effects. Keep up the great work!

I could really use some criticism on how the series has been going so far. Have I taken it too slow? Not developed the characters enough? Anything would be appreciated.

I should get some time to catch up on the series tonight, and I'll let you know! :-D

I'm about to watch this latest installment, but I can tell you right now that character development has not been a problem in my opinion. The characters have very solid and believable personalities that make a lot of sense to me and really carry this series (especially considering that the framework of the series is based on the close friendship between these two guys and the way their "brolationship" is tested by certain mysterious outside influences).
I also said earlier that I appreciate how carefully you've worked Mr. Influence into the flow of the story. This makes it so that we really see him most through the behavior of the characters and not through flashy distorted camera close-ups.
That makes it so much more believable and original to me. Love what you guys are doing and hope you keep them coming. I'ma watch some posters go missing now, lol.

Okay, just an OOG update on Strange Aeons. It's going to take a longer time than I thought to film the next video because my friend is being a lazy fuck because our schedules aren't working out. Hopefully, I'll have everything I need to film before I head to college filmed and the story can continue. Thankfully, the story is meant to take a break when I move into my dorm, so the story CAN continue, even if I have to cut certain parts.

Not bad, but not outstanding. I felt that the Slender Man's appearance was kind of bland. Also he looked short. I'd recommend raising the stakes a bit next time you show him. Give the audience a reason to be tense that he shows up.

Thank you. I have plenty of ideas for the next time(s) Slendy shows up, which makes me excited. And I'm working on making the costume better as I type this. (I have many hands.) In the future, there's going to be an actual narrative to these Slendy-filled asides, even though there's no dialogue. The future is bright.

Ok, little update. It's been about a week since the last video, but we're not dead! We'll be filming tomorrow and it should be out on Monday. I got to shoot some test footage on Friday and I'm very excited to start filming.

ok...so at the end of the video you can hear the voice inside. that's from an earlier vlog (3?) where you can see the walking figure up above, as the distortion takes place.
