A very new series that sprung up in New Zealand about two or three days ago, but already has 3 videos out. Starts off as him waking up in an amnesia sort of state and has no idea who he is.

"I woke up in a park this morning with absolutely no recollection of who i am . From what iv unravelled , i am 17 years old , i can drive , and i smoke. I'm currently living in an abandoned house where i found a computer. When i woke up there was a camera recording me. All files found on the camera until i stated recording were corrupted, the videos uploaded to this account have not been edited or altered in anyway. I do not know why the audio or video is distorted , or why it jumps. I KNOW someone is watching me. I do not know who or why. I keep losing chunks of memory, and i record these to keep myself sane by watching them." -1.Help Me

I just watched the first episode and I laughed about a contradiction I found so early on. The opening titles state that the footage is unedited, but when the ending titles appear they are caught up in the same zoom / pan effect that was being used during the live footage. Instead of just making them separate scenes the editor tries to un-zoom / un-pan from the text so that all the words are visible, but still fails to get the word "Memory" properly in frame. If the people making this series can't even put text up properly then I am left to worry about what the quality of this series will be like. Regardless I will still watch the rest later.

Edit: I watched the rest and it seems pretty generic so far. There is no more big editing snafus, however this series desperately needs to break away from how it is handling things if it wants to gain recognition.

I agree with basically everything you just said. At the scene where he is 'sleeping' was just so weak, because he just apparently sleeps with the light on, and doesn't move at all. "that's believable". Something needs to be done here, it's not looking good.

I sleep with my lights on. What are you trying to imply about people like me? Are you racist? How else can I keep the Grudge chick from getting me? ;p

the moment WE ARE WATCHING appeared in the second episode I was expecting everything to turn into an 80s music video

EDIT: oh and the hijacked audio in the third entry. Honestly I'm inclined to stick with this series just on an irrational whim that this is all going to turn out to be an incredibly complex prank

I was willing to stick with it, until I got to the "We are watching" part as well.

Now all I can do is cringe at the video tags and shake my head.

im gonna go ahead and stick with is. looks interesting enough to watch.

I haven't watched all of the videos but, from the ones I watched, I am dissapoint.
The WATCHING video had audio from a ToTheArk video, and the SlenderMan in it was from a picture that is all over the internet. I'm not watching this. Sorry for being kinda harsh, I'm just against series not being very original.
