| This isn't me posting in character or anything like that but I figured there is no better place to ask about ways to help you sleep then a forum of people who write characters that would have sleeping problems and would have had to study up on its effects.
So the main question of this topic is how do you get to sleep when not a bone in your body is tired at night?

| Its very simple actually just sleep where there is no sound or light and close your eyes imagine water running over your feet and rest all of your limbs. If its nightmares or something like that I have further tips if you'd like them. Ah and try not to think. Or try eating cheese it relaxes your body somehow the myth of it gives you nightmares is uh slightly true. | |

| Oddly enough I imagine myself spinning backwards. The concentration often knocks me out on it's own haha. Or I drink sweet tea (the southern version), I tend to not get sugar rushes. I just get lows within 10 minutes.
Otherwise if I'm somewhat tired and I need something to zone out to I watch let's plays of games on youtube.

| You have to let your mind wander while in a comfortable position. What I do is imagine something... Vaguely similar to the assassin's creed loading screens. The various shapes moving randomly. Idk.
On another note, I hear a mass amount of... Noise, right as I'm about to fall unconscious. It's not nearly as sinister as that sounds, but does anyone else get that?

| I get that. I can Lucid dream (control your dreams at will) but when I force myself to sleep, my room turns into the sort of the thing you describe, even the noises | |

| Have a w*** 10 minutes before you sleep. No, seriously, I'm not joking; if you want a good rest, w*** 10 minutes before you sleep. You won't have any nightmares, neither. You won't have any dreams either, but that's the price you pay. | |
