I was linked to this on /x/, it looks like a new Slenderseries. Not sure yet how I feel about the quality, only watched the first episode.

I sat through every episode up so far. It is very hard to watch, but not because it was poorly shot mind you. There is no definitive story yet. The noise is almost constant, the video distortion gave me a headache, but the use of many locations and their Slender Man were pretty good. Also I didn't notice any feet cam, so yay. That is a big deal to me. All in all if they tone down the audio and video distortion and add a story then it would be pretty good.

What do you mean by Feet Cam? Do you mean like when they drop the camera and film feet just kind of shuffling around?

Anyway, I actually forgot all about this, lol. I'll have to sit down and watch them all.

Feet cam, for me, is when the person holding the camera acts as if they have lost all strength in their arms and are letting their camera hand dandle. Thus as they are walking or running from place to place we, the audience, only get to see the ground and their feet exchanging places. Aside from not letting us see the surroundings this version of filming also makes me feel sea-sick. Fortunately there is none of this in this series.

Aaaah, I see now. Yeah that can be annoying, but sometimes I like it if it's done in an artistic sense. Like if they aren't supposed to be filming or are hiding their camera or something. I've tried to avoid it myself but I have to admit that I've considered it for a few videos. Maybe I'll stick away from it now if it's bad enough it has it's own name, lol.

I guess the only movie I've ever seen that really kind of messed with me was Blair Witch, which I thought had a cool premise but I couldn't tell what was going on because the camera kept filming the ground or the trees and hardly ever actually anything. It was worse than when my 80 year old grandfather used to film, he'd get the ground and people's feet and stuff, but even then you could usually tell what was going on. We called that "Pawpaw tours" after the "Star Tours" thing at Disney Very Happy.

A new episode is up. They did tone down the distortion, yay, but there is still no solid story yet.

OH yeah, I forgot to update this, lol. But yeah I'm hoping this isn't the type of ARG where you have to go to some random, hard to find blog in order to read the story. It's fine if they go that route, I just don't like having to dig through alot of half glimpsed messages to find things all the time Razz.

I actually rather liked this, I hope this series picks up again. It actually made me feel afraid for this first time in a good long while.

Daumn, this guy is good. One of the first videos to make me scroll down in a long time.

Shame about them having to use the ear rape scare tactic, though.

I just watched through all the videos and I have to say, this series is really good at scaring the piss out of me. I really hope this series is ongoing, and not abandoned. definitely has potential
