This fucking video.
THis fucking video has prompted me to come out of the depths of my non-active membership on the forum to make a post about HOW FUCKING CONFUSED I AM.
The editing was great. A+. But, either I'm poorly educated about the purpose of the old house he went to, or Vinny is underestimating Slendy's ability to fuck around with shit. When he was in his basement- "This is really weird, right down to the Arnold Palmer" - He made it sound like the old house was somehow replicating the different parts of people's houses, and were just somehow conjoined together (the 'clean cut' on the bathroom tile). What I was thinking up to that point was that he was being separately transported to the different locatations via Slenderman and/or other method, who the fuck knows honestly- this is EverymanHYBRID. But the bathroom floor made it seem like Slenderman (or whatever magic the house is working off of, I don't even fucking know) is a supernatural carpenter of some kind.
BUT, if the house is just magically conjoined pieces of the kids' houses, what about the shower curtain/bathtub scene? The stairways and doorways leading to separate places I understand (sort of- again, I have no fucking clue what is going on), but the bathtub thing, as far as the impossibility level in this series is being stretched, is IMPOSSIBLE if we're going with 'the house is what's causing all of this' theory. There's no.. I don't know, doorway? Portal? I would say you know what I mean but I don't think I'm explaining this well enough?
Let's try this- If this old house is a big magic dollhouse, let's say, with all the separate pieces combined, you could walk through the house and the doorways and stairways would provide a proper transition (that's the word I was looking for!!!). But with the bathtub thing? There isn't really a transition, as far as I can see...
ALRIGHT MY RAMBLE IS ENDING SOON BECAUSE I JUST FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY OWN QUESTION- The curtain is the transition.
So, even with all of that, what do you guys think? Magic doll house or Slenderman the magic carpenter?
Oh, and don't even get me started how much I hate this 'John Winchester dad guy' character. ugh.
oh where, oh where could our plot line be, oh where oh where could it be?

So if the house starts eating people or something, I'm calling it, there's gonna be this House Of Leaves sorta thing going on.

I can tell they kind of showed off with the transitions. Vince says, "...A clean cut!" and there's a lot of shots of them.

2 observations/opinions.

1. The House was recreating the rooms within its own walls. Slender generally doesn't read the memories of others. Generally. But, he sometimes can learn a new trick. Is the House an extension of his own ability to alter reality?
What is 'Eden'? Why is Dr. Corenthal there? How can a high caliber weapon effect Slender?

2. Vence is being teleported, like seen in MH. (Much more boring in my mind)

Also, Dr. C pulling the steel and showing the Monsters the way it's done.

At this point, wouldn't it be kinda stupid to have Corenthal be able to affect slendy with a gun? It didn't work with Noah, so giving it an effect now would just smash all continuity in EMH to bits. Although, the continuity of that house was smashed to bits so maybe that's the point. Just a shot in the dark here. Get it? But yeah, unless they give that gun some sort of special property I will be really disappointed. How they created the set for this video I will never know. BUT there is also the very distinct point that we have never had a walk-through tour of the house and it may just be shots taken between the two houses spliced together. we have never actually seen that bathroom before in Vin's house, so there's a chance that it isn't actually his.

I suspect it wasn't just a gun, if it was a gun at all. Corenthal said he had willed his Eden into existence as much as he'd built it. Why shouldn't he be able to will a gun to affect Slendy, at least enough to get Vince out of there?

I got the sense that the Eden wasn't a fully "real" place, but that it was some kind of other space that responded to Corenthal's need and will. So, in that space, maybe he can change the rules so that a gun is partially effective against Slendy. Or maybe he can change the gun, to the same end. In any case, shooting someone doesn't make the shooter and his friend teleport, so something was certainly going on there that wasn't normal firearms behavior.
