| This game series is still awesome. There's nothing better than coming home from a long day of classes or work and getting to beat the crap out of some Joker goons. | |

| I haven't played Arkham City yet, but from what I've played of Arkham Asylum, I can say that the game was phenomenal. Everything from stealth to fast-paced combat was absolutely great. | |

| I'm pretty much with Seth. I struggle to see how anything could top AA, and Mark Hamill's voice acting is just incredible. The detail in Joker's facial scarring was incredible, I loved the caricature style of the whole game. Uh, anyway, I haven't played City, but Asylum was fantastic. | |

| I have played neither. And honestly, I don't really plan to, as stealth is not one of my strong points in games and I don't generally play games that have significant parts that I know I won't enjoy.
However, I have heard nothing but good things about them.

| Arkham City took the already fantastic first game...and made it even better. I never thought they could succeed much more than Asylum, but those guys pulled it off beautifully. Still have the Joker being awesome, but Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and the Riddler really get their moments in the spotlight. If you have played the first game, Arkham City is a must buy this holiday. You won't regret it. | |

| I honestly still have to play City. I keep intending to and have played Asylum several times, but I have so little time... :c Sometimes I hate having two jobs. | |

Multiple characters is always one of my favorite attributes in games.

| Technically the thread is necro'd, but I think I'm going to actually add content.
Over the past few weeks (somewhat coincidentally the same time as my almost complete internet blackout), I played Arkham City for the first time. I loved every minute of it. (Except for the hour I spent trying to beat Mr. Freeze without understanding what the fuck I was doing.)
It's just a wonderful game all-around.

| I got City for Christmas. It is better than Asylum, in almost every way. The only thing I could ever find to take away from City is that there wasn't enough Joker. Still, Riddler was great and so was Freeze. Penguin though... I've never liked him, and his part in the story didn't do a whole lot for me in total honesty. I also missed the Scarecrow Dreams. - Spoiler:
Though it looks like he'll be making a comeback in Arkham 3. The radio signal in his boat says "Fear will destroy Gotham" or something to that effect. The passcode to get in is "CityOfTerror". I can't wait for more Scarecrow!
