The video lengths almost scared me off. But I decided to give it a shot. The first few entries feel like they're getting their character development out of the way from the get go. Entry 2 was just filler. Entry 3 is more like entry 2.5. Entry 5 is where they really hit their stride.
If you have some time I'd recommend watching the entries they have out now. The Audio and visual distortion they use in it is alot better than the more recent slender series out there. And the story to me seems really organic. It's got a natural pace and flow to it, and some good tension that builds up throughout the entries.
Cheers
EDIT: sorry about the letterhead. It wouldn't let me post a link in the description box as I am fairly new to this forum. If someone actually gets to the page from this forum I'd really appreciate it if you could post the link in a comment so others won't have trouble.
Once again cheers everyone.

(EDIT: Just chucking the link up a bit closer to the top. Here ya go: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I guess a mod can add it to the first post if they feel like it? Not really sure on the protocol here)
Hi!
You've run into Slender Nation's anti plug-and-run security measure. It's not that we dislike learning about new Slenderblogs/vlogs, but there's been a real problem in the past with people signing up, making a topic to showcase their shiny new series, then skedaddling, never to be seen again.
While it may seem odd to bond over a tall, faceless creature of madness, SN is more of a community than it is a pro-bono advertising agency. And we prefer it that way.
As a sign of good faith, head on over to the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] subforum and make a post introducing yourself. Someone (maybe yours truly) will give you a spiel about reading/following the rules, jokes will be made about how insane and loveable and loveably insane we all are, there may be veiled overtures regarding the theft of your soul... Y'know, the standard stuff.
As for your link, if I stay up late enough to check it out tonight, I'll throw it up there for you. If not, I'm sure someone will get to it tomorrow.

No problem. And I get where you guys are coming from. I've really been interested in the Slenderman Mythos for a while now. Don't know how I didn't know about this site till just a little while ago. Just kindof found it. I just figured I'd give these guys a shout out because I didn't see them on this forum yet and I really enjoy them along with MH, Tribe Twelve, Caught not Sleeping, Dark Harvest and the Anderson Journals but they already had topics in the forum. I appreciate you letting me know. Thanks

Watched the first video. Will be watching the rest.
Some quick thoughts on the series based on only the first video (so, basically judging the book by its cover):
+ Good acting, and good chemistry between the actors + High video quality (you can even notice it in the thumbnails for the videos) + Adventure Time reference + Egoraptor reference + Family Guy reference (pretty sure)
+/- Longer episodes. Some people like this, some don't. I do think the first entry could have done with a bit of trimming, but it's not gonna turn me off of the series.
Not really any purely negative points that I see. It hasn't really done anything to stand out from the crowd yet, but again: only watched the first episode. That said, I'd say I'm impressed so far.

I'll take a look at the first five entries later today and give my input. I don't personally mind long vids, so long as they have good quality...

After watching two more entries I'm bordering on disappointment, which is making me sad because I wanted it to be good. :\
Spoiler:
The second video could have been removed entirely without affecting much of anything. Just add a quick clip or a couple lines of text saying "we went camping with a couple friends" to the beginning of the third video. Except the third video is already ponderously long, with very little pay off at the end.
I'm still not fully turned off, though. And rsorrows says things pick up in entry 5, so I'll hang on at least that long!

Hang in there. I wasn't entirely turned on to it untill entry 4 and 5. I only stayed with it because I was spoiled to what happened in entry 4 and 5 on Unfiction. Trust me on this. It gets good.

Alrighty, I'm all caught up now. And we do get some good Slendy action going on in the fifth entry. A couple things kind of ruined it for me, though.
Spoiler:
First, having that guy talk basically the whole way through the cemetery scene kind of spoiled the mood. I feel they should have just let us soak in the creepiness naturally associated with graveyards, let our minds do the work, instead of telling us lame ghost stories.
Second, I was able to anticipate Slendy's big reveal in the headlights because Dark Harvest/Tribe Twelve had already done the exact same thing.
I really do think the length of the videos is hurting the series, and I usually don't feel that way about longer videos. Maybe it's because I don't really care for the characters, so wading through their tomfoolery isn't all that appealing. :\
