That's pretty much what a piano is.
All music is is sounds arranged in a way that is pleasing to the ear. We just have instruments to produce certain sounds.
I mean, look at Bobby McFerrin. He makes a lot of music using ONLY his voice. Don't Worry, Be Happy is made completely out of random noises Bobby makes with his mouth (including singing the lyrics). It won him Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance at the '89 Grammy's. And it was the first a capella song to reach #1 on the Billboard charts.
Madeon simply took little sound bits from a plethora of songs and turned random noise into music. His instrument was simply a board with buttons. Oh well.

There's a lot more to it than that. There's rhythm, timing, putting together a melody, mixing samples, and other things. It's not just pushing buttons.
I mean, I'm pushing buttons right now, but the buttons I'm pressing, in the correct order, make words, which put in the right order make sentences, then to paragraphs, and so on. Here, he's pushing buttons, but in the correct order, they make rhythms, melodies, and then into a song.
