The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
For all my fellow TES fans out there who haven't heard yet, refer to the title. IT'S COMING, IT'S FINALLY COMING!
Here's the link:

That's the release trailer. And yes, it takes place IN SKYRIM.
Fangasms were had.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I'm lukewarm.
Loved Morrowind, but despite Oblivions obvious superiority, I enjoyed it less. Something about Morrowind was flawed in all the right ways, and Oblivion just seemed too shiny and somehow soulless.
To confound matters, my opinion of Fallout 3 is that it was a complete disaster, so my faith in Bethesda is waning. I still have much love for the worlds of TES, and parts of Oblivion, most notably the Shivering Isles did capture my fancy, so I'll be looking at this in a hopeful manner.

Trailer looks great- I just hope the main quest is less tedious than Oblivion's. Don't get me wrong I loved 4, but when Martin got me running around looking for artefacts...meh.
Anyway- 11.11.11 is going in my calendar.

Quoted for utter truth.
No doubt TESV is gonna be shiny and pretty and awesome, but at this point its only a waiting game to see if they can recapture the heart and soul they had with Morrowind.
Meanwhile, I'm just gonna pretend its not part of the series until it comes out and I can confirm its awesome enough to be connected with the Elder Scrolls I know and love.

I don't know if it was the dragon, or the epic music at the end, but I've been won over already. And I have faith, because of the above article I posted.
