Whether or not it was an actual Slender Man implication, the part in the door way with the white and black figure on the side made it look that way.
But nonetheless, I cannot wait for more from this vlog. We finally have a great Rake vlog and I hope it stays as great as it is now.

It's not necessarily that the myths themselves are becoming less scary, but how the blogs and vlogs are executed.

Gods, I love this vlog. This is excellent, and very Rake-centric, and that, my friends, is the stuff pure awesome is made from.
On a side note, did anyone else kinda laugh in Diary #3 when he was showing his friend the 2nd video on youtube? My first thought was "Whoa, it's Rake-ception!"

Hmm... Not sure how I feel about a Rake!proxy, but this is so far an entertaining series. Looking forward to seeing how things play out.
Also, a possible MH reference in Video Diary #4: behind Lee as he's talking to the camera you can see what looks a lot like Masky's mask on the dresser.

Some things in the series are cliche but they're well done and honestly, with the consistent delay in the more popular vlog's videos, a new vlog with the same elements isn't that bad. I'm definitely going to keep a look out for this one.

I just watched through this today, and wow, I'm impressed with it. Good acting, intriguing storyline, freaky-as-fuck Rake... What else could I ask for? They've even got references to the original creepypasta in there, did anyone else see the note in the box addressed to "Dear Linnie"?

Hmm... I have to admit, I do like this series so far. It's certainly got interesting and intriguing elements to it!
And as has been said before, it is pretty well done. Not to mention that so far, the plot seems fairly solid and on the move.
Here's to hoping it stays that way!
My guess so far is the cult wants The Dagger... for some reason. And that maybe someone left it in Lee's house before his family moved in? Someone who may have been somehow connected to the original Rake Story's characters maybe?
