Has anyone ever owned one of these things? I've been meaning to get one from a local game trading shop, but I've been hesitant to buy it because I wasn't sure if it was really worth buying.

What do you all think?

While I've never owned one personally, I've heard through a lot of my friends that it's a decent system. I mean, some of the games are very worth the cost of the system, but then again, I can't speak from experience.

Sonic Adventure is definitely one of those games that I would say that are "very worth the cost of the system". I played Sonic DX on the Gamecube years ago, but that was simply a recreation of the original Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast, only with enhanced graphics and such. I've really been meaning to play the original.
