Entry #56 Discussion

You know, I think Dat Ass deserves it's own series of videos. That was some good stuff right thar.

I didn't want to mention Dat Ass given that I was the first to comment, but damn, it was all up in my face. Also; I really hope Tim was finishing up his whiz, I'd hate for him to have whizzed all over himself unconsciously. If that was the case, I'd be out for blood if I were him.

So this is something no one has pointed out so far as I've seen on here, anyway: the word 'bones' appears spray-painted over the doorway to the old building in Entry 56, a clear homage to Entry 16 during Jay's first visit to the abandoned house.

I wish I could have gotten a clearer screencap, but it's a panning shot and the word 'bone' is never fully on screen at one time.

I have no insight into what this might be, but make of it what you will. I just thought it should be addressed.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to note this, but something I noticed in #56 was that all the videos of Alex either killing or attacking people Jay has to acquire through other means. #22 he finds in the red tower, #49 he steals from Alex's external harddrive, #51 he is the tape he steals from Alex's house, and this one he gets from Tim.

That makes me think Alex is aware of what he is doing, at least after the fact, yet continues to place his friends in harm's way. I also think that might mean the videos originally given to Jay might of been to paint Alex in a specific light.

I've always thought that I needed to pay attention to the spray-paint, though I never noticed "bone(s)". It could just be local gangs or that one of them really likes anime, but I really hope that it's actually relevant in game because this is cool. Good find.

I always thought he was trying to protect Jay from the whole situation by scaring, taunting, and stalking him.
