The Corrupt a Wish Thread

This is one of my favorites. Pretty simple: Person A makes a wish. Person B grants the wish, but corrupts it and makes it bad or unexpected. Person B then makes a wish, and so on.

Example:

Person A: I wish that Marble Hornets would update.

Person B: Granted, but it's just 15 minutes of Jay driving, interspersed with shots of random hotels that he's been documenting.

I wish that the only Slender Let's Plays were the good quality ones.

I shall start! I wish that Jay would just let well enough alone and let poor Tim just freaking get on with his life.

Granted, but Tim then slowly spirals back into a deep depression soon after Jay excommunicates him. He goes about his life day by day, alone. In the end, he decides to give up, and commits suicide. On his suicide note:

"From the start of it all, I needed someone with me to get through. All I wanted was a friend."
