Hey Slender Nation. I am here to say...I may have fucked up.
Just...just read the Slender Man part of the latest entry in my blog and you'll know what this is about. So, did I fuck up as bad as I feel I did? I honestly don't know if I should take this back while I still have the chance, or keep it and man up to my mistake.

Dude, if you're unhappy with something you put, change it. I alter stuff on my blog all the time - not that I'm a role model or anything. With any luck, more people will read it than have already read it. Better for you to break the fourth wall a little than be unhappy.

Even better...would your character alter and edit his blog, without regard for what really happened?

I actually...don't see a problem. I haven't actually read your blog, so I may not be the person to be asking, but I'm of the opinion that, if you don't try to integrate with everyone out there and force your canon on them, you might be able to pull it off.

If not, you can probably always rewrite the post.

I think you did fine hun. I don't see anything wrong.

It could be pretty cool, you don't have to change a thing. I've never done chaotic fiction or an ARG, but I imagine it takes a little bit of improvising. So improvise and just roll with it.

Also, the idea of a Slender Woman kinda makes me wonder if anyone could pull off a Kuchisake Onna blog/vlog... >.>

Actually, it's pretty well done. And despite what you think, you've left it open ended as to whether it was a woman or a man (you said they "might have been a woman. She had a womanly figure, the fact she was bald must be why it sticks out in my mind." So it could just be an effeminate Slendy.) So really, it isn't so bad. Not as bad as my Nazi Proxies. That didn't go down well (or at least I don't think it did).

But I would like to see a Slender Woman, as it would be an interesting change from the norm.

But if I do take it back, I'll only have one original idea in this blog. And the second idea has only been hinted at...

I doubt it's much of a problem at all, and personally I'm a bit interested to see how this will work out.

Some spelling mistakes are on purpose. Makes him seem more like a real person.

There is somehow something awesome about an androgynous slender man or a slender woman. I would go with it. I've learned from Theater that rolling with mistakes tend to make the most memorable moments. And ultimately, write what you want to write. The mythos is far less set in stone than it seems like sometimes. If it makes a good story, you're not doing it wrong.

Oh my god. Slenderwoman? That would be awesome.

I vote you just go with it. There could be a number of reasons it appears womanly to your character. Slenderman/woman does play mind tricks.

It isn't that bad, in fact it isn't even beyond repair, not that I think it needs repairing...Maybe you should let it fly in what ever direction it is now taking you. You have to survive the outdoor visit...You have, by accident, created a whole new genre within the Slenderman mythos. That to me is a good place to be

Plus, give yourself a pat on the back for trying. Be proud and stand up to be counted....It's not any worse than my blog.

To toss in my opinion, you did not fuck anything up at all.

I'm one of those people who accepts and invites new ideas to Slendy, and this is very new and intriguing. So I love and support this.
