Slendie RP, Anyone?

Louis straightened up slowly, his eyes widening above the handkerchief he still clasped to his nose. So you are him, he thought, surveying the shifting, flailing tentacles which spread from the figure before him carefully; keeping them all in his vision.

In a burst of panic, he cast a mental net over the surrounding area, searching for anyone who may potentially stumble upon this strange encounter by accident; many were indoors, no doubt safe with their families. However, a familiar, undecided mind was approaching with determination. Harold...

Hannah stared up at Louis with confusion in her eyes. What was he doing? "Louis?" She called up to him softly, rising to meet him. He was staring at plain air. Hannah gently touched his arm with tentative fingers. "Louis, what are you looking at?"

Harold as he walked turned on the flashlight, it projected a weak beam of light. He softly said to the flashflight; "Come on now, you have more light in you than that." and began squeazing the hand lever which was what formed the torche's energy and the beam intensified. The others may or may not be able to see the light through the trees.

Hannah's attention was stolen for a moment by a shaft of light flitting through the trees. She looked away from Louis' face towards the source of the light, trying to work out where it was coming from, squinting slightly at the sudden change of brightness.

"You will leave my forest now of your company will have to take you from the trees piece by piece" he snarls his tentacle's writhing and slowly closing the distance between them. 'you need to run child my servants will make sure you are safe.' he mentally sighs as three large masked men enter the clearing wearing identical masks with the operator symbol across the face. 'Bring her home remain unseen and make sure she is protected for if you fail the leaves will fine another within their midst.'

Hannah backed away from the men before her. "But I want to stay with Louis!" She exclaimed. "Why won't you let me?"

'Because child this man is a leech he is taking your memories and stealing your emotions if you remain within his company any longer you will slowly turn into a drone a mindless husk devoid of emotion feeling only the most basic emotions love hate happiness will be a thing of the past.'

Harold kept trudging through the forest, he still, in a half-awake trance, is drawn forward. Towards the trio of Louis, Hannah and Slender Man

Louis took a hesitant step back, attempting to keep Slender Man and his operatives within his field of vision as his mind reeled for some hope, however small. He could see Harold approaching from the corner of his eye, but the man appeared totally out of it; his eyes glazed as the torch he carried flashed back and forth. And it was going so well...

Hesitantly, he took his hands away from his face, holding them out to show he didn't mean to intrude any longer. He could taste the iron-tang of blood on his lips, but at least his head wasn't still pounding like a kettle drum.

'I'm afraid I wasn't informed of this pact,' he said aloud, his voice surprisingly steady as he stared at the phantom before him. 'However, I have locked the girl's mind to my own.' He paused, glancing at Hannah. 'I propose that if you allow me to leave the forest, I'll make sure you'll be left in peace.'

Harold was slowly but surely reaching the point where Hanna, Louis and Slenderman are having their meeting, despite his stumblings over the debris that usually occurs in a forest, he was not paying attention to where his feet were going. His arm holding the flashlight went limp but his grip remained, the flashlight's beam was pointing at the ground and his feet. He reached them and stopped, his mouth silently worked for words.

Hannah looked around her, the feverish light found in the eyes of a cornered animal present in her own. She backed away from them slowly, glancing all around her. If she wanted to stay with Louis, but Slender Man wanted her to go home, perhaps the woods were the only option, a compromise, if you will. When she was out of reach of everyone, she turned and ran into the darkness.

Louis stared after Hannah, totally taken aback that she'd decided to plunge even deeper into the shadowy recesses of the forest she seemed to despise. She was already fast becoming little more than another shade among many, her hair whirling behind her as she made her way through the undergrowth. It's fine, thought Louis, a little sarcastically. You can keep the coat, doesn't look like I'll be needing it soon.

With a little frown, Louis glanced back at the Slender Man and his minions: the demon still appeared to be contemplating his suggestion. Or, perhaps, simply selecting the most bloodiest way to dispose of the tricky 'reader'. Then there was Harold; if Louis followed Hannah, no doubt the Slender Man would take it as him attempting to brainwash her, and may take it out on the innocent guy.

If only I had a coin... heads, or tails?

Hannah tucked the jacket on her shoulders tighter around her. A, the deeper she went into the forest, the colder it got, and B, it was a lovely coat and she wasn't about to ruin it. The regretted leaving Louis to face the Slender Man, but she just couldn't take being trapped any longer.

She ran into the darkness, searching for something, but.. searching for what? What was there to find out here? Because she was lost in thought and running on auto pilot, when the toe of her left boot caught under a particularly large branch and she tripped she didn't have time to think about catching her balance. The ground rushed up to meet her.

Appearing from the brush a small tentacle slides out of a tree catching her just as her face touches the ground. Slenderman appears to be staring in the distance as he absently commands the men to remove the reader from his forest. -hmmmm now what shall i do- Slendy thinks as he sends his tentacles into the forest to search for his meal. "You are locked onto her mind so you say." he replies 'Well we will just have to remove that is the most painful way possible for you then." he says voice dripping with twisted amusement, allowing a mental tendril to probe the males consciousness he searches for the connection from his end.

She cringed, a startled whimper escaping her mouth as she anticipated the pain of falling. When no such pain arrived, she slowly opened her eyes, blinking with amazement. She whispered her thanks and slowly stood.

With a hiss, Louis staggered as something lashed viciously through his mind, slumping awkwardly among the twisted roots of ancient trees as it shuffled through his cranium yet again. He'd dropped the handkerchief somewhere, so now the blood was flowing steadily down his chin, dripping onto his crisp shirt. He groaned. These are tailored.

'You don't listen, do you?' he said horsely, keeping an eye on the Slender Man's henchmen as they circled. 'I've blocked her mind. I can't read it, or wipe it.' He glanced up, to where Slender Man was- He frowned; just tentacles, sweeping through the air, searching.

Behind her, she heard something landing on the ground, crushing leaves and break twigs. She cocked her head and listened hard, picking up a few words, before reaching a realisation: it was Louis. With nothing else to do, she turned and ran towards the noise. As she got closer, her nose picked up the faintest scent of blood among the earthy smell of leaves and wood.

Louis covered his eyes with his porcelain-like hands, attempting to shield his mind in some significant way from the grating fingers that dragged across his mind; rooting through every cell, pulsing through every nerve. He frowned at his palms; there was a rustling undertone to the pounding that now sound-tracked his night; feet rushing through dead leaves; breaking every twig, it seemed, as they cracked like icebergs in his ears.

He grinned humourlessly to himself, fresh blood dripping slowly from the corner of his mouth. I'm going insane, this is some sort of horrible nightmare.

She saw Louis, on the ground and bathed in moonlight, and she ran faster. As she got closer, she could see the blood on his face. She felt abruptly angry at the Slender Man; she didn't believe that Louis would hurt her. "Louis?" Hannah called out his name, waiting for his reply.

Louis was dimly aware of someone calling his name, just once; perhaps he was simply asleep in his office, after all, that paperwork could drag on, and it was all too tempting with a roaring fire warming the room. However, this forest was too real, too cold; he could taste blood, all too real.

He let his hands fall from his face, fingers curling slightly as he attempted to open his eyes. 'Yes?' he murmured, the movement of his tongue was bringing more blood.

Hannah flew into a panic. Something was wrong with him, very wrong. She looked around on the ground and retrieved the handkerchief from earlier. Crouching beside him, she pressed the bloodied fabric to his face. Expletives fell from her lips.

"Louis? Louis, can you hear me, Louis? Can you speak to me?" Hannah considered ringing for an ambulance again.

Harold had followed the two of them, it's unsure if he's taking in the slender man's prescence he seems to be in a complete daze. He stares at Louis and utters slowly and slirred, like a drunk. "You should pinch your nose..."

Content on getting the information he needed Slenderman melds into the forest appearing to have never been there at all.
