I shall work on an application tonight and along with zander I also think it should be white-listed we dont want different people popping in who shouldn't be there!
Owning an rp server myself I have loads of experience with this sort of thing so jim Im going to help you the best I can to make things easier! I will also work on a short rules list and post it here again thanks for your help!

There was a project a while back that had to do with retexturing everything in Minecraft to look like something in the Mythos. For instance, the zombies would be proxies.

But I'm not sure what happened to all the files. I think one of the admins has them.

So, are you saying you want to be a guard? As in a town guard who patrols, or guards important things? Or am I just reading too much into this?

1. Slendy can only kill people who are alone.
2. You cannot leave the map.
3. Dont try to kill slendy, Cause who is slendy will have godmode on so it's pointless anyway.
4. Don't kill other players.
5. You need to eat food (We will have a shop).
6. Dont try to stay in big groups the whole game cause of rule 1.
7. When your dead dont mess with game unless you are the new slenderman.
If you wanna add or remove any rules just tell me.

I personally think it'd be scarier if Slender Man could kill anyone at any time, even if they're in a group. It'd give the vibe "You're never safe."

But that's just me. XD

And sure, go ahead and film it if you want.

Well yah but its scarier to be alone and constantly watch your back. People feel safe in groups no matter what.

Rule suggestion: Those who are a proxy for Slenderman (If we ARE having those.) CAN kill other players, but only with Slendy's permission. And proxies can't have godmode.

What do you mean by proxy? For all the commands I can set it up in permissions I'll just add a new group called SlendRP

Proxy, the people Slendy is influencing. Having them act as a medium for him to interact with things. Like what Masky was believed to be early on.

Fighting slendy should require Emotes! Players who die should be vanished and have creative but if you mess with the game as rule seven states kick or ban depending on what you do ... Can we add you need to sleep? WIth rule two when we are working on the town we should have a wall around it like in old times this will stop players from leaving as world guard should stop them from breaking things. Another rule that should be added is that you must emote.. this will stop players from spam killing and will just improve the role-play environment.. another rule should be you must be in Char 24/7 unless you in like an ooc Channel as im sure you and me dont want " So my dog is playing with my cat errherr! " players should be in character all the time and pointless hitting fighting and spaming should be banned..

Proxies are iffy they could mess the entire game up.. I dont want everyone being one... I WILL make another app for proxies and they must be role-played well this means emote attacks defense ect

Players who wish to be proxies MUST fill out an application pre game depending on rp you can already be a proxy when the game starts or through role-play you can become the one you applied for..

I admin the RP with Pickle, and we both talked about this and I would love to help out admin this...the more the merrier, right? I'm also a decent builder, so I can help out on that end if need be.
