For some reason I thought the second camera on the right was in a different house and Evan was pulling some physics-defying shit and teleporting between them every time he went off-panel. Also the "Evan, what the fuck is going on?" pretty much sums up my thoughts.

Well obviously it's HABIT that posted the video...and after reading the Wiki, this seems to be the Nick that HABIT was messing with on the "can you see the words" website. I can't link cause I'm still fresh out of the wrapper. In this story, apparently, HABIT is building Nick up to fight "someone." It seems that it was Evan.
I'm not sure why, though. HABIT and Evan have been closely related for a while now, or at least it's been theorized that they are. So, why would HABIT have Nick go and beat up Evan...just so Evan would 'let him in' so to speak? And who posted the cameras? Vinnie or HABIT? Sooo many new questions...what was on that disc that Jeff held up? Man, this is my favorite web series ever!

I love this entry. The fact that you are seeing the phone conversation from one person's perspective but hearing the audio from the other person's perspective is so strangely offputting. So clever. While we're watching Evan, his voice is low quality, shrill and distorted, which has come to be associated with Slendy, and ties in with his being the most affected by what's going on. Acting in this one was fantastic too.

Well also he did, as far as he knows, just kill someone. I could see someone being distraught after something like what Evan just went through. Even Evan has to be human sometimes . I can't wait to see the outcome of this, I hope they post an update video or something soon!

To me, Vinnie has always seemed calm considering what's going on. Usually it seems that whenever something happens, he takes it in stride and tries to avoid over reacting like Evan sometimes does. But also, by now they're probably so used to weird stuff happening that they aren't even sure if it happened. The only time I remember seeing Vinnie visibly shaken was in "Welcome to the Ark" but that's possibly not even cannon.

ME TOO. And then I though Evan was talking to himself on the phone, since we were hearing a phone coversation and watching him, even though it sounded like Vinny and then I though there were two of him and I got really fucking confused o_O It was like Prince and the Pauper, but instead it was HABIT and the guy with the really big knife.
Anyway. One I figured out what was actually happening; interesting entry. Evan killed some guy, and somebody is watching them. Ok. Probably didn't need to be so long to tell us that though. Evan's acting was great, Vinny was a little dispassionate. I'm still a little meh on EMH, but it's an interesting development none-the-less.

It's seems as if HABIT had set this Nick guy (who for me this is the first time I heard of him) into attacking Evan for some reason or another. Maybe to punish Evan for going after Slender man with the bat. Or if Nick was one of the surviving Rabits in the seven trials of HABIT it could have been one of Nick's challenges and because Evan killed him knocked him from the tournament I'm not sure cause as I said I don't 100% follow the EMH story.

Does the way the audio quality is make anyone else think that it's recording from Vinnie's side, and that he's watching the feed while he's talking to Evan? Because it really looks and sounds that way to me.
Because it sounds like Vinnie has Evan on speakerphone, because that would account for the distortion and shrillness that we hear from his end, but Vinnie is very clear.
Either there is a recording device in Vinnie's car or on his person (he did say that he was halfway ther-.......)

You know that brief moment where the audio disappears while Evan's talking? That's when Vinnie is running out of his house and into the car, and the audio feed has to switch from the recording device in his house to the recording device in his car.
