Yeah, that's definitely how it seems to be at this point. I honestly don't think TTA could have been any more blunt about it: they want to eliminate Alex by using Jay as their slightly retarded bloodhound.
I think it's interesting how TTA continues to become more and more concise and sane sounding over time. Thoughts on this?
I think the white person...thing...whatever at the end was a bit overkill. -w-

Ok, I actually made this account JUST to post this stuff and gather my thoughts...so...spoilers ho.

The footage we see at the beginning, with Alex, is from Entry #26. Specifically, it was when Alex's camera was turned back on and Slendy found him again. That was exactly 2 years ago to at least the day (anyone got the time of the video upload, by any chance?) The video was April 4, 2010, at exactly 4:04. The entire minute. As soon as it turned 4:05, the video glitched and we saw the "Help Me!" scrawled on the screen.
Nearly 3 hours later, Jay received the text from the weird number (35:77//47) with the number 41810, which seemed t o refer to the date that that tape arrived at his door.
The only person who should have had that tape was Alex.
Therefor...
Alex must have sent that text. And because the number was strange, if not impossible, that means that somewhere between 4:05 and 6:47 pm, Alex seems to have gained the ability to affect technology the way Slendy and Masky did before. That would lead me to say that Alex is ToTheArk, but then again, Entry ###### was apparently posted by TTA by hacking into Jay's account, which was in March....
Can anyone else make sense of this? x.x

Edit: Scratch that. Just rewatched "Enttry #37". Just...go watch it. It might clarify a few things.

Dang it, as soon as I saw the video, I downloaded it and wanted to convert it to a wav file so I could run it through a spectrogram. The video was uploaded right when I had to go to bed D: And someone beat me to it.
I really love this totheark video. I feel like this pretty much sums up the whole series, and it's a real turning point. totheark wants to kill Alex, sometime soon, and Jay is going to help him find him (whether he wants to or not). He will lead him t⊗ the ARK ς

Guys, Alex's first three letters of his last name spell ark. Coincidence? I think not. I think Alex is the ark.
Word of God already stated that Alex's middle initial is in fact not "R." This has been stated in an earlier post in this exact thread.
It has been established through interviews and questions sent to the creators that Alex is not the "Ark." Whatever or whoever it is has yet to be revealed but we know it isn't Alex.
