Mmm, not too sure about your theory. It's quite possible, but I feel like Alex started it and hid it from Tim and Tim began experiencing the symptoms due to increased interaction with Alex. Also, remember from Decay, totheark said "You started this", evidently speaking to Alex. However, interesting to confirm that Tim apparently started going downhill before Brian.

Not sure how I feel about it... I mean, we know from Enttry 37 that the Operator has been around Alex for a while, but from the most recent tapes it seems like the Operator was bugging Tim before Alex. Perhaps the Operator was looking for a way to get back to Alex and used Tim as a sort of... bridge? O_o

Now we know (or, I'm assuming) that the building from totheark's video Program is part of this apartment complex where Alex shot part of Marble Hornets. I recognize this place from the trailer on the Season 2 DVD

In #51 Brian seems to be skeptical about being in the burned down hospital setting, perhaps even uncertain as to where they are, whilst Alex seems to be certain that they aren't going to get kicked out of the are. In this entry, Tim tells Alex and Brian about the burned down hospital, claiming that it would be okay for them to shoot there, and Alex seems uncertain. Assumedly Alex hadn't been there a lot between then and the last time it was referenced, unless I missed something. I could be entirely wrong here, and perhaps I missed something, but this was my first thought upon watching this entry. I was also hoping for some stalked footage in the background of the stairs or pool scene, but was disappointed. I hope this pans out to be a more important entry than it seems to have been, and I suppose they can't put the operator in every episode, but the last one was so good, I was only hoping for more I suppose. Until next time.

Unless the burned-out hospital they're talking about in this entry isn't the same as the ruined school setting they were at in Entry #51. It's possible that Alex found a few different spots that they could use (i.e. the school in Entry #51) and the burned-out hospital that Tim is talking about is the other one we've seen before - I believe it was where Seth disappeared?

In Tim's tapes, Alex seems to be acting fairly normal. I havent watched the older entrys in a while, but wasnt Alex acting more paranoid around this time period then? Unless this is the beginning of Alex's whole mess in Tim's tapes? Meh, I'm honestly too tired to be thinking out such a complex series. I'll come back tomorrow (actually later today) and realize how totally dumbass I was for posting this

The black and white mask is Tim. We're not sure who Sinclair/Blasky/The other masked figure is yet, but it's believed that they are totheark.
And I think Alex started getting paranoid during the middle/towards the end of filming, though I could be wrong. There weren't any time stamps on Alex's tapes.

I think that alex may have been slowly been being controled by slender man. It may sound stupid, but that can be one of the reasons why alex has been acting weird during all the entrys. and like on Entry #54, slender man did appear more than once during the making of the marble hornet movie and like on Entry #51 (correct me if im wrong) alex did attack some of the his paid cast. Thats what i think of Entry #55

I'm wondering if Tim had maybe gone back to the place he mentioned recently, in the same time frame as this video of course...
Maybe he knew The Operator was there because of that, and on subconscious (or otherwise) level he had to bring Alex to him? And that's how Alex knew later on where to go to find Old Faceless?
Or perhaps it's simpler than that, do we know how long Tim and Alex have been friends/known each other? If it's been since childhood, perhaps they've been haunted/hunted/involved for a very long time, and it's only coming into real effect now?
Here's to hoping for more info on the remaining tapes!

Well it certainly looks as if the problems began with Tim, and spread to Alex. Though, they could have been happening at the same time...
But I agree that if Tim had problems before, it would make it all the more easy for him to be manipulated by The Operator.
If The Operator wanted Alex all along, for whatever reason. A good way to go about it would indeed be to use his unstable friend to do various things to lead Alex to whatever It wants him for...
