This seems like a straight forward message directed at Jay: you abandomed Tim and now he's looking for you. It almost sounds chastizing in a way. Although, the "he is searching for you" bit sounds fairly ominous. I can't tell if the implication is that Tim wants help, or just wants to smite Jay for ditching him.
Again, straight forward... but a small part of me can't help but wonder if it's not directed at Jay at all. That almost seems too obvious. What if it's supposed to be a message for Alex instead? "You (Alex) abandoned him (Jay). I saw. He is searching for you (which Jay has been doing for a while). I dunno, I'm probably overthinking. Considering recent events, it's probably just directed at Jay and I'm being paranoid.

Ok I did some research and found out these possibilitys.
ASE: American Society of Echocariography, which is a place for scientists and that kind of thing. So its not a place
I put it in a base64 decoder and got jÇ, and decoding again got jÃ�. So its not a code either.
I said it a bunch of times until I realized it sounded like "I see" so maybe thats it?
I tried coming up with abbreviations it could be and got "Alex Sees Everything", "Alex searches everywhere", and "All seeing eye". Those are just random guesses though

Again, "eyes see" is probably the best option.
Also, forgot this. I have been led to believe that the figure walking, whether it is intended to be the Operator or not, is Joseph.
