I've been having a problem with the forums recently...

Whenever I'm typing and I brink my cursor to border the top of the text input box, the box jumps down to sit underneath the preview/send buttons, as you can see in the screenshot I just took.

In order to get it to go back, I have to put my cursor on the right hand side of where the box should be and move it around until the box jumps back into place.

I don't know if anyone else is having these problems but it's been rather aggravating. It happens on all three browsers I've tried so far, so I think it's something that should probably be brought up.

It also seems as though windows has eaten my cursor's position.

First of all, Moose, someone will probably merge the posts. (Also you can edit your own posts, fyi.)

Second, I've had a bit of a problem along these same lines. Basically the text box on the post page doesn't follow the rules. (Neither does the quickreply box.) If you use the expander at the bottom, instead of actually expanding the window usefully, it just drags it down, which covers up everything below it except the "Preview" and "Send" buttons.

I have some ideas about this, but I'll be honest, I'm too damned lazy to install XAMPP and a phpBB install on my laptop just to check.

Moose, does this happen on all browsers or just whatever one your using right now?

Nevermind I just realised I can't read. Have you tried disabling any of your addons for your browser?

EDIT: Or maybe if you change the window size?

Oh, I used to have that problem sometimes. What OS do you use, and which browser do you use?
