Ep 1: I think the distortion was a bit too overwrought for a first episode---going full-on crazy colors with squealing noise right out of the gate is perhaps a little much. However, the fact that very little is actually seen is great.
Ep 2: I'm not quite sure how I feel about acknowledging Slendy so early, but I guess it's being played as the people already knowing of the Mythos to a degree. The page being hacked and the "weirdo on doorstep wait no he's not there actually" bit feel a good deal too early, I think. Ending with the code note was alright.
Ep 3: Filming a night drive, a staple of the Mythos! I liked the distortion buildup upon seeing Mr. Creepypants... oh, we're doing the fakeout again? Okay. Seeing Creepypants again and it not being a fakeout works, though the "coughed-up-blood" looked, um... okay, it might have been because of the distortion, but it looked more like Silly Putty.
