Forum Changes

I've come to the realization that I have let the forum become a little stagnant recently. Well, I'm going to be changing this. I will not be taking the site down while I do this, however you will be noticing a few changes. Some sections of the forum will be removed, others added, and some few others merged and consolidated. I wanted to let you all know firsthand before I start in on it in a few hours. 


If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about some changes, please let me know asap and I will do my best to accommodate. Remember, I always value and listen to any and all suggestions.

The Doctor

In before slendernation converts to communism and then the header becomes a shrine to worshiping The Doctor, and we all are sent to the mines to work as slaves for the glorious slendernation empire.

Lol, nahh. We're almost done with the fixes/edits. I will keep you all updated when they are done and what exactly HAS been done.

I notice that mods have been re-added? Or just random colour changes to four people.

OKAY! So, there is just one last thing to fix on the forum, but I'll go ahead and give you the rundown on what has changed:

-As Tails has said, I've pulled a few people in to become the new staff of Slender Nation! TailsFoxy, Avatar Satsuki, NearTheEnd, and Tiro1000. I can't be happier with the choices, and I know that these four will be the very best that they are capable of being without the need to try hard. 

-There are a couple of new, shiny buttons on the homepage. Slendy Week is the blog that Tails runs. It gives weekly masterposts on the updates throughout the Verse, be they vlog or blog. The blog was WAY too amazing to ignore, so I put it up on the front page for all those wanting to either catch up on their favorite series, or to find a new way to be afraid of the branches at night! The other button is the Podcast button. Clicking this will send you to the SN Youtube channel, where you can listen to the Slender Nation Podcasts! Now, yes there is ALREADY a button for the SN Youtube. The Podcast button will send you to the Podcast Playlist when it gets made, which will be when there are more Podcasts. 

-I have tweaked the forum itself a bit, merging some sections together to make room for the spanking new section for The Fear Mythos! I had been thinking, and Slender Nation cannot survive ad thrive with just the Tall, Lanky, Faceless one. He needs friends! So, there we are. Feel free to post about your favorite Fear blogs/vlogs to your hearts content!

-Overall, I went through and cleaned up some of the code on the site. The plus side is that images should be loading faster. The downside is that the homepage links seem to be drifting to the right of the page. If anyone knows how to fix this, do let me know. You'll be well compensated with a "Get Out of The Forest Free" Card! <3

If I've missed anything, I'm sure I'll make edits to this post. But, for now, there we have it!

Damn it I just noticed the portal actually is off center. Now I can never look at the homepage again.

The front page is hurting me.
