I found a tumblr that listed (hopefully) all of the hidden frames:
So he has to go back to the park..and in the rames we see Slendy, Firebrand, The Observer and even Deadhead being in there o.o Also, the sentence on the fortune on the last frame is "stay in wonderland and i will show you how deep the rabbit hole goes"

This entry was definitely one of the best ones ever. That acting. Those effects. Noah going completely insane. "Everyone you ever loved is going to die". Also, if I'm not wrong, in one of the hidden frames there seems to be a fortune written in Greek. Haven't tried deciphering it yet though. I hope we see some progress on the journal soon.
