Optic Nerve

Anyways, there has been something I've been wondering about lately: is the Optic Nerve organization even used anymore?

For those of you who don't know what that is, in the original Something Awful forums, there were mentions of a shadowy government organisation known as "Optic Nerve", who were actively monitoring The Slender Man. We have a page for them on Slenderman Wiki (The Organization), and we've used them in the RP-sub-wiki there as well, but aside from that, I've not seen them mentioned anywhere else aside form archives of the original forum posts.

So basically: Is Optic Nerve used anymore, and are many people even aware it ever was used?

As far as I'm aware, they might have been mentioned once in DarkHarvest00 (not sure when), but other than that, no major or minor Slenderseries I've heard of has used them. Shame, it's an amazing concept, and should be utilized more.

Funny story; I tried, a long time ago, to start up a Slenderseries that centered around the Organization (as I called them) and an elaborate conspiracy that dated back to World War 2. However, several personal matters stopped that from happening. Probably a good thing; looking back, I was being WAY too ambitious, given my little directing experience.
