You just need to know where to look. Like here on SlenderNation. You can tell if it's decent from the reactions of other members on things. But yeah, you should at least watch it through till it ended abruptly. =/

| Jonclubs was not stellar, but it wasn't awful, at least not until Jon wasn't the lead anymore. The video where he says it was all fake was creepy enough. Then friend takes over and it becomes instantly less good. As for that little feud, I don't see how that should have any impact on whether the series itself was good. There hadn't been a new Jonclubs video for over a month when the flaming began, so I don't think the series stopping was connected to that. But I could be wrong. | |

| Yeah. When the friend is on it really goes down the crapper. He reads the script straight off the computer, you can see it reflected in his glasses. Note to vlog makers. Making slendervlogs is all well and good; if you wanna do it with your friends, neato; but please, for the love of God, make sure you and they can act. Or at least TRY. | |

Our series took twenty or so to pick up, yeah. Then we went the realism route and moved 50% of the story to Facebook and Twitter. The videos won't ever truly pick up if you watch them alone, but I gotta say that a couple of the scenes we've done I personally find pretty fun to watch. Might make a "Best of" compilation and post it up on my OOG channel along with some info to help out new viewers. Also, Jonclubs died because he was a being dick. It wasn't that he criticized EverymanHYBRID, it was that he was making personal attacks against the cast and crew. That is what kicked off the "Flame War" and what kept it going. He went as far as posting videos on his In-Game channel accusing the EMH boys of hating homosexuals. Trufax. In my honest opinion, though, Jonclubs was a pretty good series and I was really disappointed that it ended like it did. I enjoyed all of the IG videos that he put out, even if some of the content became somewhat pedantic at times.

He rather meant: "Look, that other good series took its time to start the STUFF, too, that doesn't mean it's bad." And Roninator: joshrallus summarised it pretty well. Afaik, Jeff from EMH made a comment in the series which had a homophobic ring to it. Jeremy of jonclubs protested against that, and Jeff apologised sincerely. But Jeremy kept flaming him for the sake of flaming him. I don't know what exactly happened after that, but needless to say that jonclubs113 lost a shitload of fans because of this, ruined a big part of the immersion and took down the offending videos again. I'm not quite sure if they stopped doing the series because of that flamewar, but it's possible. I think it's a pity as well. It was a very nice and eerie series and I would have liked to watch more of it.

| He never really properly ended it. What he did wasn't a bail-out, he had more material to work with, if I remember correctly, but I don't think he had the time for it anymore. He said he was thinking of posting a couple more IG videos, but then the whole flamewar happened and he moved and... yeah. | |

| I don't know if that helps, since one more video doing what I suggested would have wrapped it up just loosely enough that he could have picked it up again if he wanted. Eh, oh well, jonclubs is nowhere near as good as Marble Hornets, so it's a loss I can live with. | |

He did provide an outline for the planned story on here when he shitcanned it, which I recall involving slight ARG elements and occultism. It was the old forum which means it's gone now, sadly, but it seemed like it would've made a great series had he stuck it out For my part I had a soft spot for the series, but it really suffered from the "Slender Man turns your home movie into an ART movie" effect

And the cute boys don't hurt it either.
And I saw what you meant about #12, Kyle. But I'm pretending that didn't happen because you asked me to.

| *sigh* Oh, nostalgia. How I love thee.
Even though 90% of the series was Satyr's idea, I loved the small parts I got to play, and then the larger parts as the series progressed. When I look back at it, it makes me a bit sad that we didn't get to finish it.
And thank you, Wintermarch. XD
