My Ugly Nether Cottage

Just been messing with my NetherCraft world. It is a mod that allows you to live in the Nether and never have to return to the OverWorld for anything except when you die, something which will also change at some point in the near future. I've had a blast with it so far and it really feels like your first day in Minecraft again.

Here is my shitty Nether Cottage. For a first base, it will do, but I will defiantly be making bigger and better structures as grand as the Nether Fort in my Main World out of the NetherCraft materials.

Far better than anything I've made in the Nether (I tend to just build a hole in the ground)

Compared to the effort I put into my last Nether base, the cottage might as well be a cave.

Might as well post pictures of it I guess.

I doubt I will be building my next large Nether base out of stone materials though, since they tend to get lost in the environment. So it will have to be mostly wood.
