While Jay was smarter here, he is still the worlds worst detective. I would love to see a parody of MH with Jay in a Film Noire scenario. That would make me happy for the rest of my days. It never ceases to amaze me how the guys can build suspense like that. My eyeballs we're glued to the screen like a cartoon character. Also....A WILD SLENDERMAN APPEARED!

I think Alex knew Jay was following him. Maybe I just really want Alex to lead him there because that's what I guessed would happen, but when Alex is shown going into Rosswood the first time, he was checking back to see if anyone was following him. But when Jay is (poorly) hiding behind the trees, Alex doesn't check around, but goes straight inside Rosswood.

Yeah, Jay is a terrible sleuth, but we've known that from the beginning. He's also not all that terribly bright.

Is anyone else thinking of that that time that Alex walked right up to Slendy in the woods? The area he enters there looks extremely similar to that whirl of bushes that he warped through. I'm wondering if he warped again and that's why Jay lost him. Or maybe Jay just isn't very good at tailing people.

Jay has also been spending the better part of the last year in motels with nothing interesting going on other than reviewing footage from the safe, which there wasn't THAT much of in the first place. Jay is not only a shitty detective, he's incredibly lazy.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one who saw Slendy this time around.
Also, as a former P.I myself, Jay is failing so many of the basic principles of investigation that it makes me cringe... but for a total amateur... he's still completely hopeless.

Caught the Slendy at 4:36 (AUDIO. FFFF.) and was very pleased to see that they're not shoving him in our face as much; those little subtle appearances are still my favorites <3
The only other main reaction I had for this video was when we see Alex at the pipe thing. I admit, I actually started saying 'SHITSHITSHITSHITSHIT' aloud, and my mom had to flog me for bad language. I was disappointed that we didn't get a big Slendy scare at the pipe, though. Next time we see that location we'll be too prepared. Sadface.

The first thought I had when Alex got there was sacrifices, too. I also have to agree on Jay's failed attempt at stealth. For shame! With having so much to be afraid of, he is pretty good at drawing attention to himself.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought about the ridiculous time periods between entry updates considering story-wise, Jay is (presumably) supposed to be doing nothing but going through these tapes. What the heck is he doing all day?
