Slendie RP, Anyone?

Hannah stared up at Louis, her eyes shiny with tears. She tugged against his hold again, a little firmer than before. She was still too weak to free her hands. Biting her lip, she looked down, trying to prevent more tears from escaping

Louis' eyes focused on Hannah, a small smile playing across his lips as he considered the reassurances of the other presence. Even though Maggie sounded half-deranged on the phone, it was nice to have even the smallest glimmer of hope. However, he now had the director to deal with...

He released Hannah's wrists, leaning across her to pick up the pretty ceramic jar labelled 'Sugar' in both hands. 'You never did answer me,' he said, his voice warm.

She swallowed before speaking, lifting her gaze back to Louis'. "N-no, thank you," she muttered. At that moment, the kettle came to boil, so she turned and started busying herself with the mugs.

Louis shrugged: he removed the lid and proceeded to spoon some sugar into one of the mugs. After three heaped teaspoons, he wandered across the room, absently licking the sweet grains from the spoon he still carried with him. Humming contentedly to himself, he allowed himself to picture the staves and crotchets of the current musical wonder he was constructing for his violin, his mind ebbing and flowing as he easily imitated the pitch and timbre of what he had in mind.

This little performance wasn't all show: his violin helped him to concentrate, so why not cast a positive light over the situation and try to recreate that? His mind, almost peacefully, flowed over how to explain the whole situation to the director, whirling around the problem.

"Coffee or tea?" she called out quietly. Louis still put her on edge, but, since that phone call, he definitely seemed less threatening. Pondering why that was, Hannah turned and rooted through the cupboard, beaming when she found the mocha and holding it tightly like a treasured prize. Wiping away any remaining tears, Hannah poured a sachet of fine powder into the sugar-free mug.

Louis was beside her in an instant, still humming as he reached past her into the cupboard, plucking a tea bag from its box and throwing it expertly into his own mug. 'With that much sugar, it's got to be tea.' He hummed a brief little tune to himself. 'Maggie doesn't normally let me have sugar, so I'm taking every chance I get.'

Now fully rested, Luminen fades into the kitchen with a tea cup in his right hand.
"I'd like to partake in some tea, if you'd be so kind my dear."
Smiling as always

Hannah chuckled quietly. Louis made it sound like he was a small child, excited about getting his hands on some sugar. She grabbed the kettle by the handle and poured its scalding contents into each mug.

When Luminen arrived, Hannah wasn't surprised in the slightest. "Sure," she said, turning back to the cupboard to get a teabag. She tossed it to Luminen.

Louis gave Luminen a quick glance over, pulling the spoon from his mouth and turning gracefully to place it neatly in the kitchen sink. When he turned back, his face was free from suspicion, instead replaced with a professional smile as he tilted his head in welcome to the strange apparition. If Hannah is seeing this guy, it probably means he's real enough.

Catching the bag, Luminen places it inside the cup. With a motion of his left hand, the bag dissipates and in its place is a cup of cold tea. With some sugar added, Luminen takes a sip and sighs once done.
"I always loved tea, quite the calming drink. I hope neither of you mind my presence, if I am intruding just say the word and I'll leave. I just felt like having some kinder company after yesterday."

John still in the forsaken building, still creeping along, hand on pistol. Had decided to stop in front of a boarded up door, he took a few deep breaths and put both hands around one of the borads trying to hook his fingers under it. He pulled, showing little regard to his fingers, which were being splintered and cut as he pulled at the boards. He was making progress with this, one side of the boards ripped out of the rotting door frame, making John stumble back. Which released the other, he tossed the 2x4 aside and continued on the next one down, ignoring the pain in his fingers.

Hannah skipped to the fridge, grabbing the milk and quickly pouring it into both mugs. She searched for a spoon, removing Louis' teabag and throwing it into the bin before scooping up her mug and sipping the hot liquid eagerly. A happy sigh escaped her mouth and she shut her eyes, enjoying her mocha.

Hannah opened her eyes again, leaning against the counter, facing Luminen. "It's no problem, Luminen. Stay as long as you like."

Sensing John's predicament, Luminen places his cup down and snaps his right fingers. Next to John, in a flash of light, a crowbar and some medical supplies appear, with a note reading
"Don't be careless, he preys on that. - Luminen"

Louis weaved his hands around the mug, his elegant fingers curling through the mug's handle as he savoured the warmth. He could almost taste the sugar from here, with a small smile he sipped at the deliciously sweet liquid, his irises brightening slowly as he savoured the hit of sugar. He gave a small frown, concerned over his sudden bout of mood swings: normally he was in absolute control of himself, even the varying tones of his eyes were kept mute to ensure his emotions wouldn't cause difficult questions. Darkening irises were often a cause for comments.

Hannah pushed away from the counter and padded into the living room, plonking herself down on the sofa and pulling up her feet onto the space next to her. She curled around her mug, slowly sipping its delicious, rich contents and trying to relax.

John stumbles and let's go off the nailed in plank when the flash of light hits. His eyes were used to the dark, he blinks and rubs his eyes, trying to get the blotches off of his retina. After a few minutes of blinking and staring into the dark he sees the crowbar and medical supplies. He reads the note and with a feeling of confused gratitude nods at the note. He bandages his left bicep again and gets to work on the door with his new crowbar.

Walking into the building Slenderman blends in with the shadows using a tentacle he quickly and soundlessly swipes the first aid kit tossing it outside. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE" Slenderman says loudly his voice dripping with menace.

John suddenly stops prying the boards off and turns, eyes wide with fear. He takes a deep breath and yells back. "It's a free country!" He regrets this. Great job, John. Now you've gone and made him angry... He grips onto the crowbar tightly.

"You think this is a free country i doubt that highly." Slenderman says as a tentacle lashes out just a hair from johns nose a loud crack reporting from the tentacle.

He pulls back then in an impuldive act swings the crowbar at the tentacle. He yells as he swings it, fearing for his life. He doesn't even think about it, he can barely see in the dark.

"I SAID GET OUT" Slenderman bellows as the same tentacle whips out grazing his cheek with another loud crack.

Hannah frowned into her mocha, pulling her feet closer to her. "I wonder where John is.." she muttered, gazing into the chocolaty liquid as if searching for an answer. Just thinking about John's absence made her feel uneasy. He'd been gone for a long time - alone - and there were scary things out there. A memory flashed through her mind: Hannah's parents had gone out when she was younger and left her by herself overnight. She'd been trying to distract herself by playing with her previous pair of rats Oak and Cookie when something had fallen over upstairs. Words could not describe the terror that had filled her all night long.

Without even really thinking about it, he dives into the room he was trying to open, cracking the frame and it flies inwards. He slams the door, and braces himself up against it. The room is leaking and bare, water is dripping in from the ceiling in one continous stream. John whimpers as he holds the door shut with his bulk. His face was stinging and his eyes were watering. This can't be happening, it can't it can't.

Hannah shut her eyes tightly, deciding to try something. She tried to think as clearly and as loudly as she could. "Slender Man?" she thought. "Are you there?"

'yes my child." he thinks as a whisper sending two tentacles to attack the door with each crack of a tentacle the door begins to weaken.
