The Facts (Collective, Plot Points, etc)

Just wanting to keep a record of what we know of the plot so far, and to see if theres anything that needs to be added (thoughts/opinions, etc). First of all, there's The Collective. Clearly the ones keeping the plot rolling, so I figured id post what I know so far. I have reasons for who I think each member is, and I believe 99% of them so far:

The Observer: Has the most clear role of the group, which is keeping an eye on Noah's progress in helping in their goals. Kidnaps Noah on multiple occasions when he doesn't cooperate as punishment. Is using his friend Kevin as a host (Yet to be confirmed, as are any members, but they have the same complextion and hair/glasses. Also Kevin is tagged as "one of us" by the Observer)

Firebrand: There's some debate as to whether this is Milo or Noah from the future. I think the latter is silly, based on the fact that their numbers are seemingly composed of characters who "vanished" throughout the series. I don't really wanna touch any time paradox stuff right now, even though I know the collective doesn't run on a linear time dimension. Since Milo went missing and Noah was so shocked to see him, and how Mary Asher specifically mentioned how he was missing since he OD'd, the significance is fairly obvious.

Swain: I believe there's evidence of him being Sebastion, the German soldier taken by Slendy during Karl's story. His journal was the one Karl came into possession of shortly after, and is sought after by Deadhead and The Collective. The series hints at characters that are "taken" being assimilated into the collective ("Assimilation is inevitable" shown during an Observer video, so people that haven't vanished seems unlikely)
Sebastion witnesses "The Incident" writes about a potential weakness of the collective/slendy and is hunted by Deadhead, until he is captured by Slendy and assimilated. Not sure on the significance of "the lover".

Persolus: Many believe it is Karl, but that doesn't make any sense to me. The Collective are unable to retrieve Karl's journal, so it wouldn't make sense for him to be assimilated already, and Deadhead, another member, wouldn't be chasing him. Firebrand and Observer teamed up in taking Noah from the hotel, so I can assume they cooperate enough. The other adults who persistently brush off the topic of "Mr. Slim" (Noah's mom and John Fletcher) seem like very likely candidates for other members already (Cursor and Mr.S cars respectively) So I believe Noah's dad seems like a possibility. The Collective seems to look down on karl when they say "The old man can't help you" so another person seems more likely.

Cursor: Most likely Noah's mom due to the whole "drugged by Exedrin" thing, and how much she wants Noah to stay away from Mary, someone who might know more about it all.

Mr. Scars: Probably John Fletcher, he seems to think of Mary has crazy at this point, so if he were assimilated the whole "theonewhokillsmary" thing doesn't seem like much of a stretch. Also the fact that he went missing, like the others.

Deadhead: Was a member before The Observer, chased Sebastion after he witnessed The Incident. The only one that I have no idea about at this point.

Slenderman: Is feared by even the other members, so it seems he/she/it is used as an intimidation tool to push Noah along. Gave his powers (in some amount) to the other members, allowing the group to exist. Nothing else to say.

Any thoughts on what The Incident may have been? I personally think it was The Collective assimilating someone, and by Sebastion witnessing it, possibly discovered a weakness of some sort.

She? I've never heard that before as a reference to Slender Man, y'know, considering he's Slender Man.

By the way, thank you for laying out all of that at once, so that we can have it sort of a reference sheet, even though the list has scattered theories in it.

I always had this idea that Mr. Scars wasn't a member yet but it was the name Noah would take one if he were assimilated. It is mentioned that Noah knows who he is but at the same idea he has no idea.

Well, when Milo went missing it was hugely hinted at that he was Firebrand. This is around when John Fletcher is mentioned to be missing, details like that are usually important. And as for Slendy, its always been more of a creature of indeterminate gender. Don't think 8-9ft tall time/space travelling entities need genders xD

Im curious about how they'll reveal the members to Noah, in a way that isnt the usual "Show up, Noah freaks and passes out" as per norm in slendy/supernatural anything. I know Noah's only human, but still.

I'm still under the impression that Firebrand is Noah from the future. It makes much more sense than Milo. If anything I would think Milo was Mr. Scars.
