Protagonists - Classes (Simplified Class), Weapons:

Jordan Dooling - Beast Slayer (Tank), two handed blunt weapons
Daniel Ferris - Edge Bearer (Rogue), Knives
Neomaria - Shadow Mother (Black Mage), Rings
Zeke Shepard - Pistol Preacher (Multi attacker), Handguns
Dante - Hell Walker (Ability based combat like Hunter), Two handed swords
Penny Dropps - Copper Nurse (White mage and status attacker, no directly damaging attacks), N/A
Red - Crimson Mistress (Buffing and damage output)
David Grant - Pyro Technician (Red Mage), one handed swords



Proxies, the most basic enemies.



Timberwolves, the Archangel's servants. They'll inhabit his dungeon.



And the Dolls of the Wooden Girl, another common enemy.

This project seems to be coming along rather quickly, so expect constant updates.

This really looks very well-made, and I'm very excited for the final product. I've always been a fan of these types of games, so this is definitely one that I'm going to be looking forward to. I might even record some commentary.

I'm rather excited for this suddenly. When you guys manage to figure out a release date, let us know!

This is all working out so nicely. Still can't wait for the final product.

We won't probably have a full release until later 2013 or early 2014, however. We'll keep you all updated though!

Well hey there everyone I'm the co-developer, writer, thingy for this thing and I thought it was about time I said something. I'll be making updates to this thread as well, mostly stuff pertaining to the script writing and bosses.

The artwork in this game is so well-done; that's definitely going to be one of my favorite aspects of this game.

I'll be sure to tell our artists that! The boss artist should have something ready soon so you can all see his talent as well.

I hope no one minds that we're not using original music. We've just downloaded fitting songs and assigned them to areas and enemies.

Oh I don't mind that at all. I'm sure you guys are picking awesome music.

Here's a link to the first Fear Mythos RPG, created by Lizard Bite. It takes place a while before Face Your Fears, and all of the protagonists of this game will make an appearance in Face Your Fears in some way.

It even has a similar battle system, so you could think of it as a demo of sorts.

Oh yeah I've played that one. The one you're making seems a lot more well-made.

To be fair, Liz was working by himself whereas we have three programmers and three artists.
