The only thing is is that Alex has seen Hoody's face unmasked. If you're right, then Alex would have been hallucinating, or had seen a different face on Hoody than his own.

So Alex was completely dangerous from the get-go? And where was that final shot of who I presume to be Alex driving taken from? (Besides in a car, but That's not what I mean.) Was the place he was recording from the car important? Or was is just scenery?

Hmm, you're right. Both ares do look very similar, it also looks to be a strip mall of some sorts, and at one point in Entry 3, Alex went to the store to get what I presume to be more tapes, so maybe he ran out of tapes again and had to go to the store to buy more of them.

Not only was Alex a problem from the get-go, but Jay was a problem, and has been unreliable all this time. Trying to think of things that he could have misremembered or mistold us accidentally. Maybe there are missing interactions with Jessica. Maybe he helped Alex kill people. How would we know now? We're used to him missing a few months, but this has changed it into it being a frequently occurring problem - memory error. I really enjoyed this entry even without the Operator, because this is all obviously some horrible symptom of both exposure and proxy-ism.

For whatever reason, I feel that if Jay or anyone else from the cast is anything other than human/mentally unstable, my perspective of them would change in a rather uncomfortable way.
