What is the worst series you've seen?

I'm not sure if this would be better for the flamewars section, but whats the worst slenderman related video or blog that you've watched?

I mean come on, a tall guy in suit who haunts a film student? What kind of a story is that?

There is (was?) a specific breed of Slender Man series that would stretch the boundaries of what can be called a Slender Man series- because most of them didn't include Slender Man and all of them didn't include story or substance. I mean the kinds of videos whose only excuse to be called a Slender Man series are clichés such as Operator symbols or vomitous "distortion" made on Windows Movie Maker when the actual videos are vacant nonsense without context like a brief clip of someone's wall. And not a cool wall that shifts its dimensions or anything like that; a boring wall you would watch paint dry on.

I haven't seen anyone bother to post this kind of detritus in a long time, but anything that fits the above description is pretty much what I would call the worst Slender Man series ever. The 'Verse at its best is some of the best horror I've seen from random people without a budget... and seeing a monster with such a great atmosphere of horror being watered down into meaningless drivel like this is just frustrating.

Some potentially interesting ideas, but executed rather poorly. Also some plot twists near the end that don't serve any purpose, and some really sub-par acting. And I mean sub-par for a slenderseries. That is pretty bad.

Anything with a confusing plot, bad acting, bad editing, effects that look like they're done in Movie Maker, and constant ear rape audio distortion. That's what I don't want to see in a series.

I beg to differ on the confusing plot point you made.  For example, EMH has a very confusing plot, and almost requires you to use the timeline or the Nathan Haskew guy who compiled every season on his channel.  

It is still a fantastic series.  One of the best, one of the most disturbing, and one of the most interactive. Well, it used to be interactive with the trials of habit thing.

No, I'm kidding. But honestly, I'm not a fan of CNS. 
That's kind of a lie though, because I like CNS, until Natalie was introduced. The series went downhill, and then the "butterflies" were a thing, and it just... ugh. I lost interest. Caught's acting for the most part was funny and on point, but just meh.

I am very selective with what series to watch so it might be decent but for me, I was not into X Mandlebrot.

The distorted J-Pop music (I think?) and the Slenderman's very human like positions (ie. shoving and that dictator's pose)...didn't do it for me.

I'd second Church of Gable. The last entry was laughable. So laughable, in fact, that I made a gif out of it somewhere.

I wouldn't use worst here but I'm not really fond of MyDarkJournal. I'm very sure there's worst out there.

When I first watched Church of Gable I legitimately thought it was meant to be a parody series.

Okay, I'm going to be watching this topic. This might rustle some jimmies. If I get a complaint about it, this is gonna be shut down. As long as we all play nice and no one gets their feelings hurt, I think it'll be okay.

I believe that one is actually a parody series, from what I've heard. I've seen a little bit of it.

So...first of all, i have never heard of this "Church of Gable" series o.o (And it sounds like that is good xD)

I has got to be Kyle's Klub. In the early days, it used so many Creepypastas. Now, however, it mirrors many aspects of MarbleHornets. If you compare both of them, you'll know what I mean.

I don't think this is an actual slender man series but GamersRevengeUK to me is the worst thing that has slender man slapped on to it.

The acting in entry 4 was so terrible. Its like the Tommy Wiseau of slenderman series.
