This series has been in need of its own forum and I am happy to see that has finally got one.

Well, what can I say about that? It's party time

I find this amazingly pleasing, not to long ago I was asked by a certain someone when this would happen.

Now, on to more developments!

Vivi... I don't know if it's the schools computer of the video changed, but what needs to be decoded? I'm pretty confused to what you're talking about. But other than that, all I can say is it almost sounds as if he's calling for a Redlight mind wipe.

I like the series itself, but I think some of the parts, especially the dialogue, is kind of forced at time, especially when they're confronting each other.

The personal dialogue is nice. I want to snuggle all the fear and shit out of Micheal.

The Slendy editing is nice too, I like all of the things he's done with that, except for the one moment where Slendy puts his hand on his shoulder.

But that might be just me.

Yeah, it looks like he's wearing gloves or something, and in most depictions Slendy doesn't wear gloves. I found that jarring.

I think that's probably what bothers me about it. The fact that Slendy usually doesn't have gloves on. Hm.

I agree. It's because they're actors, which is new. Almost every other slendy blog is made by people who know how to work a camera, but have never acted before (MarbleHornets, Tribetwelve...not sure about EverymanHybrid, but it sure seems that way)

These guys are ACTORS. However, they fall into the trap that many actors do when they first act on film, where they act like their on stage and it doesn't always quite translate. I agree, the confrontations (particularly in homecoming) are forced at times, but THANK THE LORD they are good actors most of the time.

The downside is, I'm not a big fan of their slendy. The costume isn't great and he's not always used to his fullest. I liked the idea of the hand on the shoulder, but the actual cut looked too...human?

Meh, I overlook it because I'm just thrilled to have people who try to act.

I thought the gloves were a nice touch. I always harken back to the movie The Witches, in which these grotesque witches were gloves to cover up how inhuman their hands look. So I thought gloves on Slendy is another way of showing that he plays at being human, even though he isn't.

Honestly I didn't really think about the gloves one way or the other when I watched it. But now I like Lisa's idea of it reminding us that he isn't human, even though he may appear as one of us. That's probably taking too much from it, I do find it an interesting theory.

Actually, I think the fact that it looked a bit human is kind of what I liked about that scene. I'm not really sure exactly why...

Overall, this might be my new favorite video series. Well, second favorite I guess. I still just can't put anything above Marble Hornets. This is a great one, though.

Interesting. Something to watch instead of MH. Subbed, hope this isn't like EMH.

You know I was skeptical of this series at first but I really like this! And I found it all because of this message board. :3

Love love love this one. The acting is good, the story is intriguing. The last video has me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait to see where it's going.

Love his stuff. Tbh I think his acting and whole layout is more gripping than MH. Shame he gets alot of shit about his stuff.

Who gives his shit? He's been pretty widely accepted from his first couple of videos. Only a few people have stated there dislike of this series.

I wasn't. I just know he's straight and stuff. Yet he does sound and comes across as homosexual. I was just like "I bet he has a huge fanBOY following"

You can't sound homosexual, it's just the way certain people speak.

I think the 'sounding homosexual' is just a stereotypical thing anyway. I know plenty of people who you'd never guess were homosexual until they told you. Either that, or my gaydar is completely broken.
