Trying to figure out why the entirety of this video is mainly about Shaun and finding him but in the video description it says "I've got to find Erik"
We haven't seen Erik since the alley so he may believe him now and that would explain it, but if it where me I'd rather be with my brother than that douchebag.

Yes, but Eric can make or break Michael's case. If Shaun contacts Eric and Eric says "Dude, I didn't see anything. Your brother is still fucking crazy." Shaun is not going to come back. If Michael can find Eric and Eric is maimed/dead/ or willing to corroborate Michael's story, then Shaun may come back because that will be evidence from someone other than Michael to prove to Shaun it is real.
BTW this only fuels my childhood hatred of sleep. I've never been comfortable sleeping and Slender Man and this series in particular is making me revert back to my old habits.

Yea, It's a little weird though. MH and MLA both just took on subtle Freddy Krueger references.
As for Erik, I see your point, but I think by now Shaun is slowly starting to believe Michael as it is.

No doubt. He already knows that it is real Michael is just trying to get him to give it up (ba-dum-psh) and admit that he believes Michael and in turn, Slender Man.
Something that came up while I was editing my NaNo story (yeah. I hate editing and am still not done) Shaun reflects the characteristics of someone that suffers from PTSD. My main character in my story was suffering it so I spent quiet a bit of time going through and learning about PTSD as well as talking to a therapist the specializes in it. I'm actually goo friends with her and we have been watching this together. She believe Shaun does show some subtle symptoms, i.e. turning away from Michael while they are together. He physically tries to make himself small while averting his eyes, not wanting to see something within Michael that could be the truth.
He also will not even give Michael the benefit of the doubt. Even Eric says something about "ok, hypothetically..." Shaun throws the brakes on fully. Even in the last video, when he drops hints that he sees Slender Man too and knows that Michael is telling the truth, he removes himself from the overall story. He will only talk to Michael through a medium, i.e. email, video, etc. He states that every time he and Michael are together, he gets that feeling of overwhelming dread. That could be related to what happened to them as kids. Finally, his advice to Michael is "Forget about it. That is all you can do." He doesn't suggest Michael confront him or run from him. That is the number one thing that PTSD suffers try to do. They try to force themselves to forget and anyone else around them that may have been with them when the event occurred, they will tell them they need to forget about it as well.
...Or something like that. It is fiction after all.

I love your insight, Lisa.
I'm unsure what to think myself, perhaps its just me, but I've become slightly confused by the storyline lately. Everybody else seems to be doing fine so maybe I'm just being slow lately. Maybe I'll go re-watch it later.
In other news: Something is seriously wrong with me.
Spoiler:
I could NOT mentally undo the ho-yay my brain conjured up once I heard Michael say: "I'm not gonna make it through this unless I have you here."
I'm a sick, sick puppy.

Me neither. Not that that's a bad thing... incest is wincest
In other news, the acting is still very good. I am enjoying this a lot.
