That's because as heavily implied The Observer is manipulating Noah, Observer is pushing Noah down a path it wants him to go down.

He/She/It clearly knows how scared and angry Noah's getting and if you remember the older videos: Noah makes stupid decisions when he's angry and scared.

Like CHASING after the thing stalking him.

He's being toyed with...because it knows harassment is the best way to get Noah to do what it wants.

Other VLog characters are trying to find things out so get into the mess themselves and discover new info. Noah is for the most part trying to stay as far out as possible as evident by his fear when The Observer recently started up again after all this time.

So what better way then to make him so scared, so angry that he does what you want him to: come right to you.

Observer's pretty damn cunning when you look at it like that.

This one scared the poo out of me. However, this mysterious person (?) is offering Noah all the answers to everything ever. As dangerous as it might be, I'd be tempted to go to the Dark (?) Side just to shed some light on stuff.
