Backstory: I came from great Britain by myself when I was 16.I pick pocketed mostly me which got me my persuasion techniques. I got quite a lot of money so I took some fighting lessons. I was advanced. My accent is gone.

Backstory: Born to a medium class family John lived a modest life, a upstanding citizen. When he back twenty he grew close to the law, studied hard, and got a job as a police officer. Through hard work over the past fourteen years he is now at the rank of detective. He has no idea what is about to happen, and no way to avoid it.

I drive to my campsite.~"Dang it!" I yell as it starts raining. When I
get there I see other people I don't know. I set up my stuff quietly,
hoping I dont geet in the way.

John sighs looking about, sitting on his car. At a park? What is this a snitch case? People where walking about. A woman setting up her tent. Poor her it started raining. Weather was to be clean.

The case.... three children one week. No one knows, the media given nothing. He asked chief why but all he said is do your job.

"BBG to dispatch. Are you sure i'm in the right place? Over."

"Dispatch to BBG. Yes just do what you were told to do. Look around, stay alert, sure its a night shift but as yo-"

"Its for a good cause."

"Alright then wise guy. Good luck. Over"

He sighed. Debra always liked to tease him over the intercom. That means he gets humiliated by each pair of guys in a car. Maybe some dumb truckers too. John pulled his hat low to keep the rain out of his eyes.

When I finish setting up my tent, I notice a man getting out of his car. He looked a slight bit suspicious, Then again everyone at the campsite did.

I sit inside my tent. I call my sister:

"My.Day.Is.Horrible."

"Well, at least you're not stuck with my father in law. All he talks about is football."


It started getting staticy on the line. "Oh.. He...Football.."

The call was dropped.

"Stupid phone." I mutter.I slip off my wet boots.

He looked about. Best start somewhere. As he went over to the clear field where the children vanished he looks at the ground. Nothing. The rain isn't helping either. His days always get worse and worse. The McJeffrey case. The No line case. Each one becoming harder and harder till now. Where threes nothing but a camper and a field of green.

He walked calmly over to Vlands tent. "Hey... Hey lady? Can ya talk for a moment?"

I looked up.


"Yes, Just walk in to my tent unannounced.." I said. ", I mean What do you need?"

"Well You DO know whats going on round here? Its enough to walk in on someone." He looks down at her half in the tent half out.

"Yes. As a matter of fact, I DO KNOW!" I yell. 'Calm , V, Keep your cool' I think.I look back up at him, " Well, What else do you need?"

"Whats going on then? I suppose know it all sure can answer the question." He grunts.

I sigh. " Do you want to really know the truth?" I say as I stand
up.

"Well. I can't really, all im ask'in if your sure you want to stay here. Recent disappearances and such. I have to keep a watch and your the only person around. If you want i have some tea in my car. Just making sure everyone goes home happy"

I glare at him. "I'm fine here thank you very much. Now if you'll excuse me I need to try and call my sister-in-law!"

"Suit yourself..." He says it calmly and walks away. He sits in his car. Cold as ell he thinks and he tries to start it. No luck. This beast served him 30 years. Now it dies. What a wonderful afternoon.

I zip up the front of my tent. "Well that was pleasant." I mutter. I decide not to call my sister-in-law."Maybe I should apologize for being a bit rude..." I say to the nothingness in my tent. "I will later." I decide. My phone rings. "Private Name and Number. How protective people are these days..." I don't pick up because I don't trust Private numbers. I see a tall shadow outside my tent."I'll come out in a second!" i yell out to the person. I slip on my boots and walk out. There stand a man in a suit with no face. "HELP!" I shriek. I duck into my tent and zip up the front.

The large scream of help. Well this disproves her being a suspect. He sighs and quickly gets out of his car. "Sir. I'll ask you kindly to get away from the tent." He says calmly as he approaches, not seeing this monster fully yet. This must be the perv he thought to himself.

I peek outside of the tent. I notice the man from earlier is trying to talk to the man with no face. "Hey! He's the guy!" I yell at the man from earlier."It's Slenderman!" I say talking before I think.'Frick. This guy's going to die because of me..' I think."Dude! Run!" I say talking before I think again.

"A Slender what?" He looks confused. He never heard of it before. He slowly un does his gun and steps back as it looks at him. ".... is he alright?" Nothing makes sense to him. Whats going on. He slowly walks backwards to his car.

I start yelling over the rain. "Slenderman is an urban myth that's real! Like moth man! Slenderman kidnapped those children! Including my little sister and brother!" I duck back inside my tent. 'Why did I talk about my little siblings..I want to die.' I think to myself.

"Right..... MAYBE ITS SOME GUY IN A COSTUME." He yells back. He keeps his gun up with a sigh. Kids theses days. Everyone knows moth man isn't real! Well almost everyone. Maybe not him. Ok he believes in moth man, we admit it. He slowly keeps walking back to his car and opens the door getting in.

I peek out and Slenderman is gone. "Dang.. That was close." I say wearily. I check the time , 10:00 pm. "Better TRY to get some sleep." I lay down and close my eyes. I must have gone into some sleep paralysis, because I couldn't move in my very vivid dream. I woke up hoping yesterday was a dream. "Not a dream. Life sucks" I mutter. I peek outside while eating a pop-tart and sure enough that guy was sleeping in his car. "Why can't you just leave me alone!" i yell at the guy in the car. He obviously couldn't hear me or he would have said something back.

He yawns, and rolls down the window. "Well i can't! This car won't start and we are both about i don't know..... five miles or three away from the town. My radio isn't working either or i would of called for help. So hey hey. Im stuck here too."
