Have you ever thought of seeing The Rake?

Have you guys ever experienced to see The Rake or Thought you saw him just wondering because I was in the forest a few weeks ago and I thought I saw him..

Oh come on, you guys have seen how many pages the "has anyone ever thought they saw Slenderman" thread is, right? It's one thing to let your imagination run away for one second in the dark, it's another to believe you're being stalked by a preternatural being. As long as we all know where that line is, I think things will be okay here.

It's not the concept that hurts me, it's the grammar.

Sure, I can't count the number of times I've walked around in the wee hours of dusk, and thought I saw things that I did not actually see. My eyes are far from perfect without the aid of sun. Shapes and colors appear differently when that much darkness veils them. The Rake though? That's awfully specific and non-camouflaged and terrifying, and I think I only see things like this when my eyes are closed.

I've thought of seeing The Rake.

But we decided to preserve the friendship.

I can understand that. He's very sweet, but he has a commitment problem.

Yeah, and he holds your head down whenever he thinks he'll get away with it.

And he always thinks he'll get away with it.

But really, he is very gentle. You wouldn't think so, but there you are.

What do you mean by this? That you started this thread so people would post creepypasta-type stories in it? If you want to post stories, do so in the writing and literature subforum. This is not an accurate or recommended way to start a topic.

I saw the rake once.. It was in my garage, had very long fingers. Long slender body.
