| Hey, guys. I have an idea I'd like you to take a look at and give your input on! In my current series Five Two Three, I'm exploring the concept of a group of proxies working together as a team with the goal of breaking their targets' will and rendering them vulnerable to mental takeover and/or extraction of information (possibly information related to The Ark/an Ark?). The unit is arranged as such: - Spoiler:
C/Cyan. "C is for Castle; the Castle is the Rook." C is the most direct and in-your-face of the group, the physical terrorist with a tendency to use household objects as improvised instruments of interrogation (letter openers, table knives, hammers, box cutters, abrasive cleaning fluids). His strategy is coming in and breaking something---mirrors, furniture, windows, fingers---or leaving symbols or messages scratched into your walls. He's not dumb muscle, but he is fairly ornery.
M/Magenta. "M is for Minister; the Minister is the Bishop." M is the planner of the group, directing C and Y through terse coded videos. Her interaction with the target is almost entirely cyberterrorism; email threats, cryptic videos, getting the other two access to the target's accounts. She's also a more experienced proxy than C or Y, and has handled at least one job on her own entirely. She is cold, laconic, and unlikely to get personally involved unless "her boys" really need her help.
Y/Yellow. "Y is for Yeoman; the Yeoman is the Knight." Whereas a chess rook is a straight-line tank, a knight never comes head-on. In the same way, whereas C is direct in action and M in communication, Y is the tricky one. His method of terrorism is psychological, essentially "gaslighting"---that is, making small changes over time in the target's daily environment that unnerve, unsettle, and eventually seriously disturb their subject. He'll change little details of their Youtube account, or fiddle with their alarm clock, or "misplace" their belongings... or change passwords, make the target do something to get back a possession, etc.
K. "K is for the King and so is the Ark." None other than Tall, Dark and Faceless him/itself.
What do you think is good, what do you think needs a change, and what do you think could be added or taken out? | |

| In my own opinion that's absolutely amazing! How you came up with this is just incredible. I wouldn't change anything it's honestly great. I need to come up with some proxies for my series that's in development right now. Great job! | |
