WOW! That was WAAAYYY better than the last video! Man I wonder what Noah is gonna do with that money.... and why did FireBrand give it to him? The suspense of him opening the case at the beginning was awesome... I wonder whats on that tape and how long we will have to wait for him to upload it....

As a huge fan of this particular series, this was kinda underwhelming. His acting is really cheesy to the point where I wondered if it was sarcastic, the moment with Firebrand was particularly bad. He was pretty creepy in every other appearance, but he felt like an extra on a lame sitcom here. On another note, loved the reference to the clipping from a few days ago; money WAS a big thing holding him back. Looking forward to the next update.

I think Adam is a great director, scriptwriter, etc, but as an actor... At some points his acting is super immersive, at some points it's just meh. The Firebrand part could have been done better, but I liked it. Also, notice distortion goes in whenever Noah experiences an emotion such as suspense, surprise, etc.

Loved this video. I think the acting was well done, and that long pause before showing the money was awesome. TT continues to impress with each video.

I enjoyed the previous video, but I really like this one! We've got a lot of stuff here in terms of things leading to what can be seen in the future. In regards to acting, I was kinda annoyed with Noah's attitude, but I actually liked Firebrand's appearance. It was interesting seeing him looking like Noah instead of looking creepy.
The briefcase: The number to open it is interesting. It seemed like it would be a complicated and very significant and surprising number, but it was just the date his first video was uploaded. But why? Why did Milo make it that specific code? I'm not sure.
The shoes and tape: The shoes would be important in regards to this briefcase situation but that's obvious. I'm really curious to know what's on the tape. I hope it's put up soon. And I hope it's not just some creepy video with barely any important significance. I want to see something that will push the story forwards.
The rubix cube: I think this will be quite important. I have a feeling that when it's solved, something will happen. Noah might just be messing around with it some day, and when he solves it, an important event will occur. I just dunno what it is. Might be like Dude Where's My Car.
The journal: Is that grandpa Karl's journal? If so, how did that get in the briefcase and when? This is what I'm most curious about. It might be awhile before we find the key to open it, but I have a feeling the tape will show where the key is. Probably at the dock, pier, or w/e.

Actually, that's Milo's journal. There are two journals: Sebastian's journal, held by Karl, and Milo's journal, the one he wrote in in the first submissions.

HE STOLE THAT DAMN MONEY. I CAN JUST FEEL IT. AND HE GAVE IT TO NOAH.
I would imagine that Noah now has to find a key for that journal, or just crack it open. Maybe the journal will hold secrets of the Collective, Karl, Sebastian, himself, Noah, etc., and maybe it will aid him in figuring out the situation with Sebastian.
This video was great all around, but the acting could have been better at some points.

I agree wholeheartedly about how underwhelming this video was. Don't read any further if you're going to blindly defend bad acting because of character attachment.

We've come this far, and yet he still reacts unrealistically, and over-dramatically. Also, when you are handed a briefcase that you had been pining over, and you finally get it open, you open it, you don't sit there and be grateful or braggy that it's open. I'd disagree with only the money segment however; as he typically has the money to fly or drive or take a train to wherever he wants to go, he lives in a vacation home generally, and doesn't seem to have a job. Like I feel like the money was just him being richkidnoah, which is something he likes to do - like when he stayed over at that girl's house for Thanksgiving and was all "nice house" but he said it in a derogatory tone, because she wasn't as wealthy as him, or when he went with the DarkHarvest boys and complained about "why did we take this car?" - making it sound like he didn't understand that not everybody has flawless cars. It's this Bush Sr.-type of disconnect that makes him further unlikeable to me.

How so? I mean this is Noah we are talking about, it would be out of character for him to not have done that.
I mean think on it like this. Firebrand has been under the Collectives control for... well I am not sure how Collective time works but I am going to guess for a long time. The biggest f.u. he could give them is by acting normal, making jokes, flipping off Slender Man. This is his way of rebellion. He isn't strong enough to directly fight them, just teleport Noah and make a few time loops. This is his rebellion, his way of fighting against them when he doesn't have the real power to do so.
The Collective is all about the creepy silent bullcrap, not showing up on camera and giving hints. Firebrand is basically throwing a big middle finger by showing up and being normal, like saying 'All that bullcrap you put me through couldn't make me not me, go eat me pricks'

Well looks at Dues Ex Machina (Or however you spell it) That video is CREEPY, the only funny part is with flippen off Slendy, but it just felt off for me I liked FB being creepy... :/ Least I still have the Observer.

I agree that the acting seemed very forced and unnatural. I do think Adam is a good actor, but one of the main things IMO holding Tribe Twelve back is the fact that most entries only feature Noah and no one else. Great acting comes from interaction - only the best actors in the world can do lengthy monologues and make it work, and even those usually come in films full of dialogue and interaction. This is one of the reasons why I am exited for the TT EMH crossover, as I also think some of Adams best acting was in his previous crossover with DH.
Yeah to clarify, I think his acting is usually excellent, I mean he did 'act' in Deus ex Machina; also whenever he's paranoid(ie: most always) its very easy to relate to him. Thats what separates TT from MH, IMO. Also the fact that TT is a narritive whereas MH is found footage style. I actually have no idea how all this is going to end, I liked to think of it as one of the first series where someone...wins? No idea how that would work, but Adam's come up with some gold so far so heres hoping :p
