...is that the same Masky? looks like he became a little more, ahem, developed in certain regions of his anatomy, not to mention has "his" hair pulled back...Although, the coat is the same, so.

I jumped when I saw the fingers at the doorway and literally covered my mouth when Masky slapped Jay. Good call, whoever thought the safe had more tapes. Also, yes, the safe stayed plot relevant!

I have so much more respect for this season now. Marble Hornets, it's good to have you back.

FUCK YEAH TIMASKY. He's even got shoes this time! I'm kinda relieved that they're not doing this Jay x Jessica Magical Mystery Tour thing. Even if Jessica being gone was predictable, Masky's return was not.

I fully expect totheark responses to the new tapes.

For the record, I rewatched all the S2 videos just last night. They're much less boring when all watched back-to-back and you don't have the long pauses of silence between them.

No really, finally some action, this little trip of flirting Jessica and Jay had going( which never happened : D) just had to stop. Yuuss... Disortion x jay.

Best episode in this season thus far. From when Masky showed up to when Jay ran out, I had my hand over my mouth and I was on the edge of my seat. The distortion is flippin' CREEPY in this video. The long wait was well worth it!

I'm also glad that they didn't abandon the safe. I was pessimistic about it, but I'm glad I was proven wrong.

Yay, MORE FOOTAGE! I'm hoping it will contain some answers to Jay's whereabouts these past few months, or perhaps more footage from Alex proving that he is still alive and kicking. In any case, I can't wait to see it all.

EDIT: You know, I'm also irritated that people seem to think S2 is cool again now. Did it really take this long for a lot of people to realize these weekly updates wouldn't be as exciting as an archive trawl?

When I first saw the fingers on the door, I thought it was Jessica. I was totally not expecting our masked friend to come back this soon.

PREDICTION FOR THE TAPES:

EVERYTHING that Jay did in those lost seven months is on them.

Pfft, I've been theorizing that Jay's going to be going through tapes to figure out what happened in the past 7 months since Entry #27.

Covering my mouth didn't help with the screaming. At all. I'm glad the house is empty so one can hear me...but at the same time...the house is empty!!! I keep checking behind me to make sure Masky doesn't pop out.

I'm so excited to see what is on those tapes. I'm glad he has them back now (what have you been doing for the past 7 months, J? We're all quite curious to know what you've been up to!) and I'm glad he escaped Masky.

Anybody else think that Masky is limping when he chases J out of the room into the hallway? It really seems like he is.

Also, Masky is totally Tim.

Brix were definitely shat by me. The vid made me temporarily forget the godawful toothache I have right now.

Alright, Masky thoughts:

So there goes the EVERYONE is dead theory. At least Tim/TTA/Masky is alive. I gotta say, though, he really doesn't look that healthy. Moving kinda slow, not as fast a reaction time (although he did Commando-lunge past the camera pretty fast), and definitely with a limp. Whatever happened in the last half a year, he definitely hasn't had an easy time.

Also, it seems that the theory of Masky placing him there is, to me, debunked. He looked as though he just got in the door after spending weeks limping along after him. Kinda like in the movies, when you think a character is dead, and then he kicks in the door just as you're eating dinner and tries to kill everyone. He didn't seem to know he was there, and he was pretty pissed to see him.

PS- Sorry Jay, but your princess is in another hotel.
