Jason squinted "....wait something isn't right...." Jason went to reach out for Kathleen. "What is it Kathleen?" 

                          


Shadow's part: 
Shadow Slashed at Jason's hand and scratched him.

                         


Jason's part: 

Jason recoiled "Fuck damn it! Yeah something is wrong! Kathleen What do I do whats wrong?"

(Kathleen has control of her voice but not her body. Pretty much how it works anytime shadow uses physical motions the host can speak, and when shadow speaks the host can move.)

As this conflict unfolds, Luminen watches. It saddens him to see this display, when a parasitic being tries to cut the ties which bind individuals together. However, upon getting a notification from the other aspects, Luminen drinks his cup of tea and throws it away. Teleporting near Kathleen, Luminen manifests a chain out of his right hand and swings it, it going through Kathleen's body and placing itself around the shadow.
"Seems you've upset both the nether and the ether parasite" observes Luminen as the chains tighten around the shadow.
"Tell me, have you ever been to the fiery orb which this planet rotates around? Quite bright, no?"

Jason ran to Kathleen after and hugged her tight "Kathleen it's ok. I'm so sorry I didn't realize sooner can you forgive me?"

                       

Shadows part:

Shadow struggled in the chains "You aspectsss think you're sssso high and mighty! Mark my wordsss FOOL while the assspect of the unknown iss off licking hiss wounds we will risse to power! In fact if I were you I would not go out at night assssspect you might jusst find yourssself....... taken over by itssss beauty." A toothy grin came across his face.

"*THAT* is what was wrong with me. That THING took over a part of me, but it couldn't control both my voice and my actions at the same time." Kathleen said, looking at the shadow creature Luminen had basically dragged out of her body. Kathleen hugged back. "It's ok Jason, there's no way you could have known. I've never even heard of a creature like this before."

James sighs, leaning against the railing still. He just felt so MELLOW now, he just couldn't find anything exciting. He was there but, only to an extent, it was like the energy was being sucked from him in every way, to support something....

//Not sure what to do with Jane, she's feeling pretty piss-poor, and she's pretty convinced Jason and Emily are closer than friends...Yeah Jane's a bit easy to convince in things like that I suppose...\\

((Something wrong with the pm system on mobile, eye I don't think it'd be fitting with the mythos if an aspect was capable of being possessed, but I do think you could do something else. Create an aspect of your own, someone who could be working both sides for their own amusement. Someone who could be the master of the shadows. Just remember, an aspect is a being of lovecraftian power. Their mere true form can drive any mortal or lesser being mad, even aspects like Luminen.))

Pulling the chain, Luminen just smiles
"Luckily, being an aspect, I have nothing to worry about from lesser creatures like you, even if clumped together."

Jason got Kathleen to her feet "Come we should leave before anything else happens, and you really need to go talk to Kelly. She is balling her eyes out." Jason smiled. Jason got Kathleen and brought her upstairs to a bedroom "Wait here I'll send Kelly up..... I really don't think she did that of her own will Rain please just talk to her." 

Jason walked downstairs and into Jack's room "Kelly Rain is upstairs and she really needs you right now.... go make things right." he smiled. Then after Kelly left Jason glared at Emily "We're not done here Emily but for now get some rest. Jack or who ever you are I'm watching you." Jason walked out of the room and found Jane "Soooo...... whats up? You haven't really talked to me in awhile and honestly I miss you Jane.... Like I know you're here but you don't really talk to me anymore is something bothering you?" he said awkwardly.

                    


Shadow's part

"Our masssster wasss right about you Hope, you believe to much in yoursself and that will be your down fall." Shadow chuckled.

(Childs what would be an aspect that would represent evil, or rather what aspect would be a good one to fit exile or separation?)

((Aspect of loneliness? Pretty self-explanatory ))

(oh right uh sorry, first time trying to make an aspect I didn't know if there were any specific rules about making one.)

As shadow struggles in his chains a howling wind rushes through the trees "Brother please don't destroy one of my only friends." A tall young man appears behind Luminen. The young man has scraggly gray hair that covers one of his stone gray eyes. He is wearing a gray fur coast that goes down his ankles, jeans, black leather gloves, and a pair of lace up boots. "What are you doing here Luminen? Finally come to see your forgotten brother? his voice was calm but there was a certain sharpness to his words. 

Name: Sol Imno (the aspect of loneliness).

Age: Unknown

Personality: Sol has a quiet rage about him. He will speak calmly and sharply. He carries a huge grudge against the other aspects for exiling him to the frozen wastes of Earth. 

(I hope I'm doing this right Childs. Let me know what I need to add otherwise we can just let Sol develop as the story goes on.)

Jane mumbles something, and turns to the opposite wall, completely obscuring Jason from her view, and 'Hmphs' quietly.

Kelly sighs, wiping her eyes, and stands up. "Right...I should talk..."
She shuffles quietly into the (back?) bedroom, and sits down awkwardly on the far end of the bed. She exhales slowly, then gives Kathleen a small look of sorrow.
"Kathleen I-"
She sighs again.
"You know I'd never do that, right?...."

James walks back into the room occupied by Emily and the Aspects, nodding briefly.
"More immortal assholes, got it."
He strolls back down the stairs, and out the door calling out,
"I'm goin' for a walk, mate!"
He slams the door, and strides down the dark pavement.

Smiling at his brother, Luminen nods and the chains fades away as if composed of air.
"Sol, good to see you my sibling. While it is nice for you to grace my presence, I must say this: your friend was hurting my own. An action for another, as they say. The majority of the others, even unknown, gave their support for the shadows dissolution. I'll relent for now, but I do ask this: keep them from overstepping their bounds. Remember, not even you can protect them from another aspect."
Says Luminen, patting his sibling on the shoulder

((Eye, I'd recommend him being outcast to the recesses of the nether, where the dark aspects reside. Also, key note: the aspect of beauty, known as Cleopatra to the mortals history, was slain and beauty dispersed across the universe. Luminen did this himself, only after all of the other aspects came to a judgement on how to handle her. So, don't be surprised that, should sol become too antagonistic, that he can be killed by either Luminen, slender, or even the aspect of nature, the rake.))

Jason puts his hand on Jane's shoulder "Jane come on talk to me, whats going on? You've been actin really odd ever since I brought Emily into Jack's room." Jason pleated with her.

                  


Sol's part: 

With out turning to Luminen Sol shrugs his brothers hand "You haven't seen me in millenia and you give me a warning, rather rude don't you think? How are the others? Are they still sitting a top their pedestals as they gods they believe themselves to be? Is Unknown still going about his game?" Sol turned his head to look at Jane's house "Why are you interfering with his fun Luminen, do the humans hold an interest to you?" Sol said coldly. He look his brother dead in the eye "I can't keep them in line Luminen they sense that the Unknown has been momentarily taken out of the picture. It's become a power grab between the Shadows and the aspects..... and I'm not sure which side I'm on and I'm not the only one."

"Sol, I am merely explaining how things should go on since time has passed between today and your last visit. I mean no hatred, no spite. Have I not always sent you a letter every one hundred of the mortals years? I am willing to let your friends exist, but not if they hurt the young ones that I've come to protect. I will not tolerate such actions, not even from a sibling. I may be unable to directly confront unknown, but I can influence the game to go against its will, hence why I help. You know how I prefer to sit back and observe, only directly interfering when it is needed. How beauty ended up should remind you of that"

Kathleen nodded. "I know... After that thing left you, it took control of me and made me push Jason away... Luckily he saw through it..." Kathleen said. "I should have known you'd never do that to me... I guess it really dosen't help that I'm really insecure about that... Something similar happened to me before and I'm just so scared it will happen again..." Kathleen admitted. "But I should have known you wouldn't do that to me... I'm sorry that I'm so insecure about it and that I may seem needy with my constantly wanting affection and reassurance that you still love me and stuff..." Kathleen said, blushing slightly and looking down. (I hate to admit it, but I kinda forgot where I left off with adyna... And has the spiked creature with Nyx done anything yet?)

"Luminen you misread me." Sol frowns. "Do you know how far I went into the nether after I was banished... the very edge of it. Nothing is out there Luminen NOTHING!" Sol's words stung the air as more emotion fills his voice. "No body came to see me Luminen, and your letters only fueled my sense of isolation." Sol was starting to lose control of himself. "I was put in that frozen wasteland for a crime I did not commit!..... I was accused of aiding Beauty in her attempts to enslave the humans (I can't remember what she did so if this is incorrect just let me know), but in fact the night before you..... took her life.... I was going to try and talk her out of it AND YOU KNEW THAT! Or did you just not read that letter?" Sol points at Luminen with a wild look in this eyes. "I was labeled a traitor and cast out while you sat there and watched. I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU BETRAYED ME!" Sol growled as he paced a little. Sol stopped and regained his composure "So don't lecture me on what I can and cannot do Luminen. As far as I'm concerned the aspects are just a bunch of power hungry fools who call justice when its convenient for them, and I don't want to go back to them." Sol glances over at the house "And as for your precious children..... I give you my word that I will do nothing to them." He says with no expression but he is smirking on the inside.

Sighing, Luminen can only continue to smile, albeit in sorrow, at his sibling.
"Sol, the night before I carried out my duty to protect humanity, I went to her in peace in order to dissuade her from continuing her campaign. Did you think that I did not try? That I did not beg her, on my knees like a mongrel, for her to stop? I pleaded every way that I could, including how her actions would bring suffering to not just I, but you as well. She scoffed at that, stating that she was merely using you as leverage!"

Tears momentarily break through Luminens normally calm expression, streaking across his face like a set of razors.
"She was using you sol, using you to provide her with a backup just incase the aspects tried to vote on how to punish her. She knew that, normally, such decisions were made with the consent of us all. However, she did not pertain to the idea that the process would be contorted in reaction to her actions. Slender was the very one to bring up the new idea to the council, to keep you and her ignorant of the decision until it had been upheld."

Then, upon hearing its name, the aspect of the unknown appears.
"You were suppose to die with her loneliness, your essence dispersed into the very fabric of existence, denied a sentient representative like beauty. However, hope here agreed to slay beauty himself, in exchange for your continued life."
Chuckling, the faceless being continues
"Though, he did not specify how you would be allowed to live. As such, with him excluded, we aspects banished you for your grievances against humanity and its progression. Beauty wished to rule the planet and subjugate humanity, so if anyone was power hungry, it was her. I merely use these...monkeys as my playthings, and if she was allowed to continue, she would've ruined that."

Luminen, tears gone, can only look at the ground with a solemn expression as slender further elaborates on the circumstances involved with beauty's death and sols expulsion.

Sol stares blankly at Slenderman "Then you're all to blame." Sol looks at Luminen "I was imprisoned for a crime I did not commit.... I'm sorry Luminen but I can't forgive you or the other aspects for what has been done to me. Beauty had to be stopped we all knew that.... but I was still betrayed." Sol says coldly. "From this point on I no longer consider myself an aspect. Something I'm sure everyone thought when I was banished. If we cross paths again I will make it point to kill both of you." Sols eyes light up. "You made a choice now you'll have to live with the consequences."

A sudden blast of snow and wind kicked up and as it settled Sol was gone.

Nodding, Luminen acknowledges how the events would proceed from here. And while he'd willingly die in penance for the injustice dealt,to his sibling, Luminen knows all too well that, only when gifted the power of all aspects, can one kill another. If there had been another way, the aspects would've,killed each other eons ago.

(Am I correct in saying that you, Child, have taken over the role of slenderman?)

(Well I'm all for you coming back, but just take the time to read what you missed in the other sections.)

Sol teleported to the frozen barren hills on the outskirts of city, where he entered a cave. This hole in the hills was more than just a cave. It lead underground to Sol's home, a warm well lit system of tunnels that all connected at the center. Sol walked to the heart of system where a large black well was placed. Sol walked up the stone steps of the huge well to fine that the opening had a large grate on top of it. 

"So it has come this... The Shadow Well. This is were the other aspects sealed the shadows from long ago." Sol's stone gray eyes read the inscription lining the grate "Only the power of all the aspects can open the gate between the shadow world and human world, we pray it never comes to that." 

Sol took out his sword and chain "Well maybe I can't open it completely, but lets see if I can't open it some!" Sol swung the pointed chain above his head and brought it down with great force. The sword stuck to the grate and there was a pause then in a flash of light the sword bounced back and a small portion of the grate began to crack. The portion broke off and sank into the black water below. Sol smiled "Found your loop hole brother." 

Sol stepped closer to the whole in the great "I command you send me a soldier!" he called into the depths of the well. There was a rumbling and a rush of black water came through the opening in the grate. A shadow appeared and crouched down before Sol "I am here to sssssserve you masssster." Sol smiled "This is good very good. What will you do now brother?"

                                    
Jason's part

Seeing that Jane didn't want to talk Jason walked outside for some air "I need to start my training again. There are going to be situations where I have to put up a fight.... starting tomorrow morning training resumes." he whispered to himself.
